Location

The holiday resort is located in the Okurcalar/Karaburun holiday area directly on the extensive pebble/sand beach. The towns of Side (approx. 25 km) and Alanya (approx. 35 km) can be easily reached by public minibuses or taxi (taxi stand in front of the hotel) via the coastal road running above the hotel.
The hotel can also be booked with destination airport Gazipasa (GZP), the distance is 81 km.

The beachfront hotel, newly renovated in Winter 25/26, will open its doors under the new hotel name "Calido Sol Hotel" in early April 2026 and has a total of 247 rooms spread across five floors (lifts available). The hotel's facilities include an elegant reception area with a reception desk, lobby bar, and inviting seating areas, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (reservation and availability required for both, included once per stay), various shops, hairdresser (both at a charge), a conference room, and several bars. An indoor pool (seasonal) and a wellness area are also available. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The attractively designed garden features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, three water slides (open at specific hours), a sun terrace, a lawn for sunbathing, and a pool/snack bar. Sunbeds, mattresses, beach towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge for our guests at the pool and on the beach.
Exclusive amenities for our guests during the booking period 22.1.-7.2.26 and travel period 15.5.-31.5.26:

Double Room Superior Garden View

The newly renovated rooms are freshly furnished and consist of one room (one double and one single bed). The amenities include a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually controlled), minibar, safe, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, laminate flooring, and a balcony with a garden view (DSU). Double room for single use (DSE/1SD/DEA).

Double Room Superior Partial Sea View

With similar amenities to the 'Superior Garden View Rooms', they offer a partial sea view (D2S). Double room for single use (DSI).

Double Room Superior Partial Sea View Type A

Similar to the 'Superior Garden View Rooms', but slightly more spacious, offering a partial sea view and an extra bed for the fourth person (DAS).

Double Room Superior Partial Sea View Type B

With the same amenities as the 'Superior Room Type A', available in limited numbers for families with a maximum of 2 children (DSB).

Family Suite Sea View

The Family Suites have similar amenities to the 'Superior Rooms Partial Sea View Type A' and feature two rooms (two double beds and one single bed available) with direct sea view (2FM).

Large Double Room Partial Sea View

With similar amenities to the 'Superior Rooms Type A', these rooms are slightly more spacious and have a sofa bed (2SX).

Super Saver Room

With similar amenities to the Superior Rooms, these rooms feature a slightly smaller double bed and a garden view (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE). Can be booked as a double room for single use at a lower rate during certain periods (ESX).

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser's breakfast, afternoon snacks, and coffee/tea with pastries. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to 2:30 am at the respective open bars. Daily minibar refill with one bottle of still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
