The hotel is located in the Okurcalar holiday region and features its own sand beach designed like a bay. The center of Alanya is approximately 33 km away, Antalya Airport is 90 km away, and Gazipaşa Airport is 75 km away.

The hotel has a total of 454 rooms spread over thirteen floors with several elevators. Amenities include an elegantly designed lobby with a reception, seating areas, and a lobby bar, an elegant main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (some included upon reservation and subject to availability during a 7-night stay), multiple bars, a patisserie, an Irish Pub (open from May 1st, 10:00 PM – 2:30 AM), a nightclub bar, a spa center, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated depending on weather conditions). Various shops, conference rooms, and a hairdresser are each available for a fee. The outdoor area features an amphitheater, a pool landscape with a large freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool (+18), an aqua park with six water slides, an aqua tower pool for children, and a semi-Olympic activity pool. Sun loungers with integrated pads, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pools and on the beach.

Double Room

The modernly furnished double rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), direct-dial telephone, tea/coffee setup, Wi-Fi (included), safe, satellite TV, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM), and double room for single use is possible (DE/DEM).

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and feature a sea view (DMU). From Summer 26, also available as a single room for sole occupancy. Rooms with pool access, tiled floors, and garden view (SWB) or sea view (DWP) are available for an extra charge.
(Additionally bookable under AYTD15 as DZ Superior Swim Up sea view, DWP, and as Superior Swim Up garden view "SWP". Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen maintains a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these feature two separate rooms with a connecting door and a sea view (F2M). Rooms with pool access have tiled floors and land view and can be booked for an extra charge (2FP).
(Additionally bookable under AYTD15 with direct pool access "FSU". Note: Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen maintains a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.).
