This modern hotel complex is situated in a beautifully landscaped garden of approx. 50,000 m², directly by the hotel's three private sandy beaches. Alanya is approx. 20 km from the hotel.

The complex consists of a futuristic, spherical building and has 166 rooms on 5 floors. It offers a lobby with reception, lifts, restaurant with terrace (weather-dependent), à la carte restaurants as well as bars, a mini market, a hairdresser, and a heated indoor pool (only in winter and weather-dependent). In the spacious outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. A pool with three water slides is also available. The 43 swim-up rooms are located in the first row to the sea. Sun umbrellas, sun loungers with pads, and beach towels (for a deposit) are included by the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The comfortably furnished deluxe rooms are approx. 32 m² and feature air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee maker, shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi included, balcony, and land view (DLB). Partial sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DD2). Double room can be booked as a single room (DD1).

Swim Up Room

With similar features, the swim-up rooms are located in the first row to the sea and additionally offer direct access to the communal pool (SWD/A2Q). Double room can be booked as a single room (SWE). Bookable from 16+ years. Exclusively for our guests: fruit basket, bathrobes, introductory massage, 15% discount on wellness treatments, welcome cocktail upon arrival, free early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), 1x use of the à la carte restaurant (for stays of 14 nights or more, with reservation). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Superior Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms are approx. 32 m² and feature air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee setup, Wi-Fi is included, balcony, and partial sea view (DSU). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, "street food" as well as ice cream hour and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some import drinks at the respective open bars, 24 hours around the clock. Dinner optional in the à la carte restaurants (once per stay for stays of at least 14 days included). The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and replenished daily as needed.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive
