The new property of the Eftalia group is located in the Türkler region. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 m and is easily accessible via an underpass. The nearest settlement is 4 km away and the city center of Alanya is 18 km away; taxi and minibus connections are available on the road.

The holiday property of the well-known Eftalia group offers a total of 499 rooms, a five-story main building, and several elevators. The many amenities include a stylish lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace area, an à la carte restaurant (once per stay with reservation and subject to availability), as well as "Burger Land," which is open around the clock (except during main meals), various bars, a patisserie, and various shops available for an extra charge. Wi-Fi is included. In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, there is a pool landscape with a main pool and a separate children's pool, the hotel's own aquapark with seven water slides for guests of all ages, and sun terraces with pool and snack bars. The private beach area of the Eftalia Blue is only 100 meters away from the hotel via an underpass. Additionally, Eftalia Blue guests have full access to 'Eftalia Island', which covers an area of 70,000 m². Here, various pool facilities with a unique water/slide park and outstanding themed dining options await guests. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included in the private beach area, as well as at Eftalia Island and the pool area of the Eftalia Blue Hotel.

Double room

The modern rooms offer one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, TV, minibar, air conditioning (individually controlled), safe, tile floor, and balcony (D). Double room = single room for sole use (DE).

Large double room

These are more spacious with similar amenities to the double rooms and offer sleeping options for three adults and one child (one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed) (D2X).

Family room type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they offer an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door (2FA).

Comfort room

Similar amenities to the standard double rooms, for a maximum occupancy of 2+2 (2CD).

Swim Up type A

Consists of two bedrooms in maisonette style, two showers/WCs, and has direct access to the shared pool (A2Q). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, some cocktails 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in UAI

Imported drinks, fresh fruit juices, bottled drinks, all spirits at the beach, and drinks at the disco at Eftalia Island are available for an extra charge.

Sports included

Beach volleyball, darts, aerobics, water gymnastics, table tennis, and soccer in the Island area are included.
