The hotel is located directly on its own sand/pebble beach (partially rocky, bathing shoes recommended) in Türkler. Numerous shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It is approx. 1 km to the city center of Avsallar; Alanya, which also offers numerous shopping and entertainment options, can be reached after approx. 18 km. Taxis and public transport are available.

The luxurious hotel houses 250 rooms spread over six floors. The reception, featuring comfortable seating and a lobby bar, is located in the entrance hall. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once for stays of at least 7 nights, reservation required), and various bars. Shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee) are available, as well as conference rooms and an indoor pool (heated seasonally). In the outdoor area, there is a large freshwater swimming pool, separate children's pools with two water slides, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included here and at the beach, which features a beach bar.

Double Room Land View

With a size of approx. 32 m², the rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, central heating/air conditioning, safe, minibar, satellite TV, telephone, and balcony. They are equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and are suitable for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child (D). For families with children, rooms are bookable with a maximum occupancy of 2+1 (DC) or 2+2 (DB).

Double Room Partial Sea View

Same equipment features as the double rooms with land view, and include a partial sea view (DMS). Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DES/DEM). Available in limited numbers during the pre-season and at certain periods with more favorable conditions (AMS).

Double Room Deluxe

The rooms are equipped like the double rooms but additionally include special privileges, free ‘‘Mary Alanya Club Benefit‘‘, and 25% discount at the à la carte restaurants. For stays of at least 14 nights: 1 breakfast served in the room and 50% discount on laundry service (DD2). Double room for single use (DD1). Available in limited numbers during the pre-season and at certain periods for single use with more favorable conditions (1TA/EDB/CD1).

Large Double Room

With the same equipment as the double rooms, these are approx. 45 m² in size, feature one double bed and two single beds, and are located on the land side (D2X). Partial sea view is bookable for an additional charge (2SX). (Additionally bookable under AYTA82 as a double room for 2 adults + 2 children (2KD)).

Economy Room

With the same equipment as the double rooms, these are in a restricted location (SSZ). Available in limited numbers during the pre-season and at certain periods for single use with more favorable conditions (SSE/ESX).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet, as well as late-riser breakfast and midnight buffet. Throughout the day, various snacks, coffee/tea, cake, and ice cream. Selected imported drinks, cocktails, and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars.
