The hotel is located in the Türkler holiday region and is separated from the extensive sand/gravel beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, is approx. 18 km away. Taxis and minibus services are available on the street.

Summer:
The modern holiday complex belonging to the renowned Eftalia Group offers a total of 682 rooms spread across a main building and three swim-up buildings. Among its many amenities are a chic lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace area (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (alcoholic drinks at a charge, included once per stay with reservation), as well as the "Burger Land" open 24 hours for meals outside of regular dining times, various bars, a patisserie, various shops (for a fee), and a well-equipped spa center, plus an indoor pool with a separate children's area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the facility. The generously designed, well-maintained outdoor area features a fantastic pool landscape with a main pool, separate children's pools, and water slides. At the beach, you'll find "Eftalia Island" with a large main pool, several pools with water slides for all ages (summer). Pool bars, several beach/snack bars (open during the summer season and serving soft drinks only), and a disco (midnight to 2 am, for a fee). Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and the first towel are included by the pool and on the beach (replacement possible for a deposit).

The stylishly furnished rooms in the main building feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, balcony, and land view (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Large Double Room

With similar amenities and location to the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious and offer sleeping facilities for three adults and one child (D2X).

Family Room Type A

These rooms offer an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door, while featuring the same amenities and location as the double rooms (2FA).

Swim Up Type A (Summer)

These rooms, with otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, consist of two maisonette-style rooms and have private pool access (children only allowed from 6 years old). They are located in one of the three swim-up buildings (A2Q).

Swim Up Type B (Summer)

These rooms, with otherwise similar amenities and the same location as Swim Up Type A, consist of a total of three maisonette-style rooms and have private pool access (children only allowed from 6 years old) (B2Q).

Comfort Room (Winter)

With similar amenities to the family rooms, for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 0 children (2CD).

You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser's breakfast (10 am to 11 am), various snacks throughout the day, ice cream hour (summer only and at Eftalia Island), coffee/tea and cakes at the patisserie, as well as the "Burger Land" open 24 hours. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled once a week with water and soft drinks. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
