Located directly on the sandy beach (partially pebbly in the water) of the Incekum holiday area. The city of Alanya is approx. 22 km away; numerous shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, approx. 2 km away in Avsallar. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Summer:
The adults-only hotel (bookable from 16 years of age) has a total of 229 rooms on six floors (lifts available). Amenities include an impressive lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, a lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant, and various bars. Furthermore, a hairdresser, various shops, and the well-equipped spa area are at your disposal (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel grounds. The attractively designed outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool and sun terraces. The hotel has a terrace pool with a view of the sea, where you can simply relax and unwind (access via the spa area for a fee). Here and at the beach, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests with drink service.

Double Room

The modern rooms feature shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, LCD/LED TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, balcony, and land view (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy with land view (DE). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DEM).

Double Room with direct pool access

With the same size and equipment as the double rooms, featuring a terrace and direct access to the pool. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available on the terrace with a sea view (PZ2).

Double Room Type A

Identical to the double rooms, bookable at more favorable rates with limited availability (DA).

L-Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the suite is larger and consists of a visually separated living/sleeping area and features land view (S2).

Double Room Type B

With the same equipment as the Double Room Type A, featuring a sea view (DB).

Comfort Room (Summer 26)

Similar equipment to the L-Suite, for a maximum occupancy of 2 people (2CD).

Corner Suite

With the same amenities as the suite, this is a corner suite with land view (SA).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a rich buffet, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and a midnight snack. A special menu for vegan guests. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and mineral water upon arrival and is replenished daily with water.
