Location

The new property of the Eftalia Group is located in the Türkler region. The distance to the beach is approx. 100 m, which can be easily reached via an underpass. The nearest settlement is approx. 4 km away and the city center of Alanya is approx. 18 km away; taxi and minibus connections are available on the road.

The holiday destination of the well-known Eftalia Group offers a total of 450 rooms, two main buildings with five floors and several lifts, two swim-up buildings and six swim-up villa buildings. Among the many amenities are the chic lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, main restaurant with terrace area, an à la carte restaurant (once per stay with reservation and subject to availability), as well as the 24-hour open "Burger Land" (open continuously except during main meals), various bars, a patisserie and various shops (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included. In the spacious, well-maintained outdoor area, there is a pool landscape with a main pool and separate children's pool, the hotel's own aquapark with six water slides for young and old, as well as sun terraces with pool and snack bars. The private beach area of the Eftalia Sol is only 100 meters away from the hotel via an underpass. In addition, guests of the Eftalia Sol have full access to the ‘Eftalia Island‘ leisure park, which covers an area of 70,000 m². Here, various pool facilities with a unique water/slide park and outstanding adventure gastronomy await the guests. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are included in the private beach area, at Eftalia Island, and at the pool area of the Eftalia Sol Hotel.

Accommodation

Double room

The modern rooms, which are approx. 35m² in size and located in the main building, offer a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, TV, minibar, air conditioning (individually controlled), safe, tiled floor, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Large double room

With similar equipment and location as the double rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 40m²) and offer sleeping accommodation for three adults and one child (one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed) (D2X).

Family room Type A

With the same amenities and location as the double rooms, these are approx. 75m² in size and feature an additional bedroom with a connecting door (2FA).

Swim Up Type A

With the same amenities and location as the double rooms (approx. 45m² in size), these feature a shower/WC and have direct access to the shared pool (A2Q). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Swim Up Type B

Consist of two bedrooms (approx. 80m² in size) in maisonette style, two showers/WCs, and have direct access to the shared pool (B2Q). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Villa

These sophisticated rooms consist of three bedrooms and one living room (approx. 130m² in size) and feature 2 showers/WCs and have direct access to the shared pool (V2). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, some cocktails 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Imported drinks, fresh fruit juices, bottled drinks and all spirits at the beach as well as drinks in the disco at Eftalia Island are for a fee.
