The holiday resort is separated from the sandy/pebble beach only by the coastal road; an underpass is available. The vibrant center of Alanya, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, is approx. 2.5 km away; public transport is available.

The selected holiday hotel offers 363 rooms, spread across the main building and two annex buildings, each with six floors. Among the many amenities are the comfortable and spacious reception hall with seating areas and lobby bar, a main restaurant with terrace (weather permitting), two à la carte restaurants (reservations required; a meal per stay in an à la carte restaurant is included with a minimum stay of 5 nights), further bars, a pleasant indoor pool (seasonal) and an attractive spa area. There are also various shops, a conference room, and a hairdresser for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel buildings. The well-maintained outdoor area features three swimming pools, one with three water slides and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers (integrated cushions), umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the beach (with towel cards at the pool).

Double Room

The modern rooms are located in the main building and feature a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), LCD satellite TV with music channel, a safe (for a fee), minibar, coffee/tea making facilities, tiled floors, and a balcony (D). Rooms with a side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DES).

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms offer the following privileges: a fruit basket upon arrival, one complimentary face mask per person, 30% discount in the spa area, and 20% discount on laundry service (D2S).

Deluxe Room

Located in the new building, these rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms (DD2). Double room for single use (DD1).

Family Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door (DF2).

Family Deluxe Room

Located in the new building, these rooms offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom, each with an LCD satellite TV and air conditioning; otherwise, the amenities are the same as the double rooms (2DF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and midnight soup. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to midnight at the open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water, and coffee and various types of tea are replenished.
