The hotel with modern architecture is located directly on the western corner of the famous Cleopatra Beach (partially rocky slabs in the water, water shoes recommended). 45 km to Gazipaşa Airport and 130 km to Antalya Airport. The center of Alanya, located approximately 1 km away, with its many shopping and entertainment options, can be reached after a short walk or via public minibus connections and taxis.

The holiday hotel has a total of 110 rooms in two buildings over five floors (elevator available). The various hotel facilities include a chic lobby with reception, modern seating areas, the main restaurant, a bar, and a garden café. In the well-maintained garden, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included here and at the beach. Bath towels are available once every three days for a deposit. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby area, restaurant, garden café, and in the rooms.
