Location

The holiday property is located in Oba; the lively center of Alanya with its many shopping and entertainment options is approx. 3 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel, and a free shuttle service to the center is offered at certain times. Gazipaşa Airport can be reached after approx. 39 km.

Facilities

Summer:
The spacious and green complex, covering a total area of approx. 28,217 m², has 340 rooms, five floors, several elevators, and villas. It is located approx. 50 meters from the sand/shingle beach, which is easily accessible via an underpass. There is an apartment and residence area (annex). The interior includes a lobby with cozy seating areas, a reading and TV corner, the main restaurant, several bars, an indoor pool (closed from June 1st to September 15th), and Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. Various à la carte restaurants (each subject to availability and reservation, included), shops, a hairdresser, a game room, the Starbucks Café, and an internet corner are all available for a fee. In the beautifully landscaped gardens, you will find the spacious freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and whirlpool, an aquapark with four water slides and a separate children's area (hourly), the pools in the villa area (for villa guests only), and the sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge here and on the beach. Pool towels are available in the room and are free of charge.

Accommodation

Double room

The elegant rooms consist of one room, are located in the annex buildings, and feature a shower/WC, minibar, air conditioning, satellite TV, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Family room

The comfortable and elegant rooms in the main building feature a double bed and two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, rental safe, air conditioning (individually controlled), tile floor, balcony, and are located on the land side. Tables and chairs are provided on the balcony (DF2).

Comfort Family Room Type B

With otherwise identical features to the family rooms, these feature a bedroom, a living room with two sofa beds, and two air conditioning units (2FB).

Comfort Family Room Type A

Are identical to the family rooms and additionally feature a second bedroom as well as a kitchenette (2FA).

Family economy room

Are identical to the family rooms, are located on the top floor, and feature one bedroom and one living room (Z2F).

Villa

The villas are located in the garden and feature a double bed in the bedroom with laminate flooring, an additional room with two single beds, a sofa bed, and a terrace. Bathrobes are provided for these room types. The kitchenette has an additional toaster, microwave, and a larger refrigerator compared to the other room types (V2).

Superior Room

With similar features to the double rooms, but they feature a bedroom and a living room (DSU).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style; various snack offerings and ice cream in different areas during the day. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as some imported drinks are included from 10 am to 2 am at the respective open bars. Snacks, soft drinks, and beer are included at the beach. Soft drinks are included 24 hours a day.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Further imported drinks, bottled and canned drinks, cocktails, freshly squeezed fruit juices, alcoholic drinks after 2 am, Starbucks coffee.
