Location

The spacious hotel is situated amidst an old pine grove and borders directly onto the extensive sand/lawn beach. The village of Belek is reachable after approx. 2 km and the provincial capital Antalya after approx. 45 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
This holiday residence, popular with many regular guests, has a total of 596 rooms distributed across the seven-story main building, two annex buildings with five and six floors respectively, and two-story bungalows and Lagoon Duplex Swim-Up rooms. For all room types, there is a personal holiday assistant service and turn-down service. The many amenities include an elegant lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, lifts in the main and annex buildings, two buffet restaurants with terraces (one of which is for guests aged 16 and over for breakfast and dinner), various à-la-carte restaurants (for a fee with advance reservation), an à-la-carte restaurant (open 24 hours and included without reservation), several bars, a patisserie and "Let's play" game room, a well-equipped wellness area with a vitamin bar and a modern indoor pool with a separate children's pool. The exclusive shopping arcade, a hairdresser, and several conference rooms are each available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. A Comfort Zone with lockers, showers, and a relaxation area is available for guests who check in after 7 a.m. and depart between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. In the green garden area, you will find a small amusement park (children under three years old only under parental supervision), an amphitheater for evening events, a beautifully landscaped swimming pool area with a separate children's pool, a kids' aquapark, a garden pool, another pool exclusively for adults, as well as a pool with six water slides (hourly operation), a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, pads, parasols, and pool towels are included here and at the beach (with a beach bar, pier bar, and two bathing piers, one exclusively for adults).
Winter:
- Three à-la-carte restaurants are open with prior reservation and for a fee
- Amusement park, bathing pier, water slides, and water sports activities are not available
- No evening events in the amphitheater and no open-air disco
- The adult pool is heated depending on weather conditions and available to all guests (including children) until the end of March
- Beach volleyball depending on weather conditions

Double Room Type B

These modernly designed rooms are located in Annex B, near the reception, and offer a double bed or two single beds, a separate bathroom with a shower and separate WC, branded cosmetic products, vanity mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, walk-in closet, sofa, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (VRF), minibar, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle with coffee/tea setup, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony with land view (DB). DR=SR for single occupancy (DEB).

Bungalow Room

These are located in the bungalows and feature similar amenities to the Double Room Type B, with the addition of a sofa, kettle with coffee/tea setup, separate shower/WC, walk-in closet, laminate flooring, and balcony with garden view (BZ2). DR=SR for single occupancy (BZ1).

Double Room Type A

These are located in Annex A on the land side, near the garden pool, and offer similar amenities to the Double Room Type B, with a double bed or two single beds and shower/WC (DA). DR=SR for single occupancy (DEA).

Double Room

These are located in the main building with the same amenities as the Double Room Type B and offer a double bed or two single beds, partial sea view, and a sofa (DMS). DR=SR for single occupancy (DES).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type A, these consist of two separate rooms, two separate showers, and a separate WC; one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two sofa beds, air conditioning (individual), walk-in closet, and land view (2FA).

Family Room

Located in the main building, offering the same features as the Double Room, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door (one with a double bed, the other with two sofa beds), air conditioning (individual), walk-in closet, and two separate showers as well as a separate WC. The rooms have a partial sea view (FS2).

Family Room Type B

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type B, these consist of two separate rooms (one with a double bed, the other with two sofa beds), air conditioning (individual), walk-in closet, and two separate showers as well as two separate WCs, and have a land view (2FB).

Deluxe Room

These modernly equipped rooms are located in the main building on the top floor with a partial sea view. In addition to the Double Room Type B amenities, they offer a separate shower and WC, walk-in closet, vanity stool and vanity mirror, VRF air conditioning, and a terrace with a whirlpool, two sun loungers, a swing for one person, a table, and two chairs (weather-dependent). On the day of arrival, you will be accompanied to your room by the Voyage Assistant (the guest's personal holiday assistant), welcomed with a chocolate platter and a bottle of wine in the room. In the minibar, you will also find some alcoholic drinks in small bottles, waffles, chips, peanuts, and soft drinks. Fresh pool towels are provided in the room, you can request breakfast in the room between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., and you will receive a daily fruit plate, coffee/tea setup, pastry service, and turn-down service (DDS).

Lagoon Duplex Swim-Up

These modernly equipped Swim-Ups are located near the reception in the lagoon area. They offer plenty of space and comfort on two floors. On the ground floor, a sleeping area with two sofa beds and a separate shower and WC awaits you, with direct pool access (not heated) via the terrace. On the upper floor is the bedroom with a separate shower and WC, walk-in closet, air conditioning (central), and a balcony. In addition to the facilities and services of the Deluxe rooms, you will be welcomed and accompanied to your room by the Voyage Assistant, receive a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers upon arrival, turn-down service, coffee/tea setup, daily pastry service, and breakfast service in the room once per stay (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.). Exclusively in summer, you receive drink service between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and a small snack service from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. with small treats delivered to your terrace (LV2).

Breakfast with fresh fruit or vegetable juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, plus an adult restaurant for guests aged 16+ for breakfast and dinner, a children's buffet in the family restaurant, various snack stations throughout the day, fruit service on the beach in summer, patisserie with various pastries, cakes, and ice cream. "Cuisine 24," which is open around the clock, offers an à-la-carte menu without prior reservation and is included. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, some imported drinks, energy drinks, and local sparkling wine are available at the respective open bars. Freshly squeezed fruit juices (three types, depending on the season, in the main restaurant and vitamin bar) are included. The minibar is restocked daily with beer, soft drinks, milk, cocoa, water, chocolate waffles, peanuts, and chips.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

All à-la-carte restaurants, additional imported drinks, bottled wines, and sparkling wine.

Sports included

Fitness center (aged 16+), darts, tennis (daytime) on two hard courts, tennis equipment rental, minigolf, table tennis, badminton and football, beach volleyball, boccia, bowling (in the "Let's Play" game room), as well as archery and air rifle shooting.

Sports for a fee

Golf: Transfer to the Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course, green fees for a fee. In late September/early October, the golf course is unavailable and closed. Alternatives can be requested locally at the hotel.

Children's program

During the day, Tugi Kids World for children aged 3–12 in various age groups with many activities; in high season (June 15 – Sept 15), a teen club for ages 13–15 is also available. Children's playground near the beach, children's buffets, high chairs in the restaurant upon availability. Baby food in 125g jars and swim diapers are included.
