The spacious hotel is situated amidst an old pine grove and borders directly on the extensive sandy/pebble beach. Belek is approximately 2 km away and the provincial capital Antalya is about 45 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
This popular holiday complex, a favorite among many returning guests, offers a total of 596 rooms spread across a seven-story main building, two adjacent buildings with five and six floors respectively, and two-story bungalows and Laguna Duplex Swim-Up rooms. A personal holiday assistant service and turn-down service are available for all room types. Among the many amenities are the elegant lobby with reception, inviting seating areas, and lobby bar, elevators in the main and adjacent buildings, two buffet restaurants with terraces (one of which is for guests aged 16 and above for breakfast and dinner), various à la carte restaurants (for a fee, reservation required), one à la carte restaurant (open 24 hours, included, no reservation needed), several bars, a patisserie, and the Let's Play game room. It also features a well-equipped wellness area with a vitamin bar and a modern indoor pool with a separate children's pool. The exclusive shopping arcade and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. There's a Comfort Zone with lockers, a shower, and a relaxation area for guests checking in from 7 AM and departing between 12 PM and 6 PM. The landscaped garden area includes a small amusement park (children under three only under parental supervision), the amphitheater for evening entertainment, a beautifully designed swimming pool complex with a separate children's pool, a kids' aquapark, a garden pool, and another pool exclusively for adults, as well as a pool with nine water slides (operates during specific hours). Sun terraces and a pool/snack bar are also available. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach (with beach bar, pier bar, and two jetties, one exclusively for adults).
Winter:
- Three à la carte restaurants are open, with prior reservation and for a fee.
- Amusement park, jetty, water slides, and water sports facilities are not available.
- No evening entertainment in the amphitheater and no open-air disco.
- The adult pool is heated depending on the weather and available to all guests (including children) until the end of March.
- Beach volleyball is weather-dependent.

Accommodation

Double Room Type B

The modernly designed rooms are located in the adjacent building B, near the reception. They offer a double bed or two single beds, a separate bathroom with shower and separate toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, dressing area, sofa, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, VRF air conditioning, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (DB). Double room for single use (DEB).

Bungalow Room

Located in the bungalows, these rooms feature a sofa, kettle with coffee/tea setup, separate shower/WC, dressing area, laminate flooring, and a balcony with garden view (BZ2), otherwise similar to the Double Room Type B. Double room for single use (BZ1).

Double Room Type A

Located in adjacent building A towards the land side, near the garden pool. They offer a double or two single beds and a shower/WC (DA), otherwise similar to the Double Room Type B. Double room for single use (DEA).

Double Room

Located in the main building with the same amenities as the Double Room Type B, offering a double or two single beds, partial sea view, and a sofa (DMS). Double room for single use (DES).

Family Room Type A

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type A, these consist of two separate rooms, two separate showers, and one separate WC. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two sofa beds. Features individual air conditioning, a dressing area, and land view (2FA).

Family Room

Located in the main building with the same features as the Double Room, these offer two rooms with a connecting door (one with a double bed and one with two sofa beds), individual air conditioning, a dressing area, and two separate showers and one separate WC. The rooms have a partial sea view (FS2).

Family Room Type B

With the same amenities and location as the Double Room Type B, these consist of two separate rooms (one with a double bed and one with two sofa beds), individual air conditioning, a dressing area, and two separate showers and one separate WC. They have a land view (2FB).

Deluxe Room

These modernly equipped rooms are located on the top floor of the main building with a partial sea view. In addition to the amenities of the Double Room Type B, they offer a separate shower and WC (with cosmetic brand products), a dressing area, a vanity stool and cosmetic mirror, VRF air conditioning, and a terrace with a whirlpool, two sun loungers, a single swing, a table, and two chairs (weather permitting). Upon arrival, you will be escorted to your room by the Voyage Assistant (the guest's personal holiday assistant), welcomed with a chocolate platter and a bottle of wine, and find additional small alcoholic beverages, waffles, chips, and peanuts in the maxibar, along with soft drinks. Fresh towels are provided in the room, and between 8 AM and 11 AM, you can enjoy breakfast in your room upon request. You will also receive a daily fruit platter, coffee/tea setup, pastry service, and turn-down service (DDS).

Laguna Duplex Swim Up

These modernly equipped Swim-Up rooms are located in the lagoon area near the reception. They offer ample space and comfort over two floors. The ground floor features a sleeping area with two sofa beds, a separate shower and WC, cosmetic brand products, and direct access to the pool (unheated) from the terrace. The upper floor contains a bedroom with a separate shower and WC, a dressing room, central air conditioning, and a balcony. In addition to the facilities and services of the Deluxe Rooms, you will be welcomed and escorted to your room by the Voyage Assistant, find a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers upon arrival, enjoy turn-down service, a coffee/tea setup, daily pastry service, and one in-room breakfast service per stay (8 AM-11 AM). Exclusively during the summer, between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM, service with small treats is available directly to your terrace (LV2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with fresh fruit or vegetable juice, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets. Additionally, an adult-only restaurant (for guests aged 16 and above) is available for breakfast and dinner. The family restaurant offers a children's buffet. Various snack stations are available throughout the day, with fruit service on the beach in summer. The patisserie offers a variety of pastries, cakes, and ice cream. The Cuisine 24, open around the clock, serves à la carte menus without prior reservation and is included. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, energy drinks, and local sparkling wine, are available at the respective open bars. Freshly squeezed fruit juices (three types at the main restaurant and vitamin bar, depending on the season) are included. The minibar is replenished daily with beer, soft drinks, milk, cocoa, water, chocolate wafers, peanuts, and chips.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

All à la carte restaurants, further imported drinks, bottled wines, and sparkling wine.

Sports included

Fitness center (ages 16+), darts, tennis during the day on two hard courts, tennis equipment rental, mini-golf, table tennis, badminton, and football. Beach volleyball, boccia, bowling (in the Let's Play game room), and archery/air rifle shooting are also included.

Sports for a fee

Golf: Transfer to Montgomerie Maxx Royal Golf Course, green fees are subject to a fee. The golf course is not available and closed from the end of September/early October. Alternatives can be inquired about at the hotel.

Children's program

Tugi Kids World for children aged 3-12 years, divided into different age groups with many activities, is available during the day. In high season (June 15 - September 15), there is also a Teen Club for ages 13-15. A children's playground is located near the beach. Children's buffets and high chairs in the restaurant are available upon request. Baby food in 125g bottles and swim diapers are included.
