This extravagant resort for high demands offers a total of 557 rooms, distributed across a five-story main building, the Carya Golf Residence, the Pearl Pool area with swim-up rooms, suites, and private villas on the golf course. A very stylish lobby with reception, elevators, elegant seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. Culinary delights are provided by the main buffet restaurant with a family section and terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (some for a fee), a patisserie and bakery, snack stations, and several bars. Further amenities include a lounge for early arrivals/late departures, an indoor pool with a children's section (heated seasonally), a 1890 m² heated outdoor pool (depending on season and weather), and a beautifully designed Wellness & Spa area (treatments for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the hotel building and large parts of the outdoor area. A large convention center with various meeting rooms and ballrooms is also available. The shopping arcade with various shops is available for a fee. In the spacious garden, you will find the amphitheater for evening entertainment (depending on the season) and the magnificent pool landscape with several heated pools (seasonally), the main pool, an activity pool, an adult pool, a wave pool, sun terraces, and the pool/snack bar, as well as the Aqualantis park with various slides and children's pools, which provides plenty of fun and action. Here, in the indoor pool, on the white sandy beach with a pier, beach bar (seasonal, for a fee), and on the sun terrace, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included.
Winter:
- Karaoke nights, aerobics, dance classes, aqua gymnastics, water polo, body balance, body pump, and Sh Bam are not available.

Deluxe Double Room Land View (Jade Room)

These fantastic 62 m² rooms (including balcony) are located in the main building and offer a bathroom with WC and shower, double vanity, bathrobe, slippers, scale (on request), hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, digital safe, LED mirror TV with music channel, direct-dial telephone, coffee/tea setup, Nespresso machine, seating area and desk, dressing room, pillow menu, iron, ironing board, parquet flooring, and a balcony with a view of the golf course (DLB). Double room for single use (DLE). Side sea view (DDS) or direct sea view (DDM) can be booked for an extra charge. Double room for single use (EDD/DM1).

Family Room (Jade Family)

Located on the top floor of the main building with 125 m², these offer similar facilities to the Deluxe Double Rooms on the land side. They feature two bedrooms, a dressing room, one bathroom with bath/shower/WC, one bathroom with shower/WC, and a 24-36 m² terrace or balcony with side sea view (FS2).

Deluxe Suite (Jade Suite)

Also located in the main building with 125 m² (including balcony), these offer, in addition to the amenities of the Deluxe Double Rooms, a living room with seating area, bedroom, LED mirror TV, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, two bathrooms (one with bath/shower/WC) and a large balcony with sea view (S2D).

Pool Access Double Room (Pearl Pool Room)

These 62 m² rooms in the Carya Golf Residence are equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, are in the form of a single-story villa, and have a 12 m² terrace. The rooms have their own swimming pools with direct access and a private terrace. The swimming pools are shared with the adjacent room (DPA). Double room for single use (PA1). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Suite Type A (Pearl Pool Suite)

The 125 m² suites in the Pearl Pool area next to the Carya Golf Club feature a 24 m² terrace and have access from the room to the swimming pool. The rooms consist of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a seating area, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, separate shower, WC, double vanity, and LED mirror TV; one with a shower and WC), a table, a dressing room, LED mirror TV, ironing board, and iron (SA).
