Location

The sprawling resort is located directly on the long sandy beach in Belek and two professional 18-hole golf courses (at Sueno Golf Belek). The nearest town of Belek is about 5 km away, Antalya 40 km. Both can be reached by public minibus connections and taxis.

The holiday accommodation consists of a seven-story, U-shaped main building (elevators available) with a total of 426 rooms. The various hotel facilities include a tastefully designed reception hall with a reception area, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), several à la carte restaurants and bars, various conference rooms, a cinema, and a game room. A hairdresser, various shops, internet cafe, and game land (each for a fee), a well-equipped wellness and spa center, and the modern indoor pool (seasonally heated) with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the spacious garden area, there is an amphitheater, the freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sun terraces, an aqua park with 10 water slides for adults and 8 water slides for children (hourly), and a pool/snackbar. Here, as well as at the pool with a pool bar and on the beach with a beach/snackbar, sunshades, and a bathing jetty (May 15 - Oct 15), loungers, sunshades, and bath towels are included for our guests.

Accommodation

Deluxe Double Room

The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, slippers, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (weather-dependent/hourly operation), minibar, tea/coffee setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi (included), safe, sofa bed for the third person, pillow menu, laminate flooring, and balcony or terrace (DD2). Sea view is bookable at an extra charge (DDM). Double room = single room for single use in Winter 25/26 (DD1/DM1).

Double Room with Pool Access

These are identical to the Deluxe rooms and additionally feature a small private freshwater swimming pool (unheated) and sea view. For safety reasons, children under 6 years old cannot be booked with schauinsland-reisen (PZ2). Double room = single room for single use in Winter 25/26 (PZ1).

Suite

Apart from that, they have the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms, with a bath and shower/WC, as well as an additional living/sleeping area (S2). Sea view is bookable at an extra charge (S2M).

Swim Up Suite

These are identical to the suites and feature a bathtub and shower/WC, a private freshwater swimming pool (unheated), and sea view. For safety reasons, children under six years of age are not permitted to stay here with schauinsland-reisen (2SU).

Super Saver Room

Located in the main building, approximately 30-35 m², and feature a double bed or two single beds, sleeping accommodation for a third person (up to 10 years old), bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, minibar, laminate flooring, air conditioning (central, hourly), flat-screen satellite TV, and balcony. 1 suite room is separated as 2 bedrooms for 1 Super Saver Room. Two Super Saver Rooms are connected by a separate entrance (SSZ). Double room = single room for single use (SSE).

Superior Double Room Sea View

These are identical to the suites and feature a bathtub and shower/WC, whirlpool, and sea view (DMU).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (fresh orange juice), lunch and dinner from the extensive buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea with pastries, and midnight snack from 00:30 to 7:00 AM. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic as well as imported drinks at the open bars 24 hours a day, around the clock, are included. The Vitamin Bar is open from 10 AM to 9 PM. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, fruit juice concentrate, beer, wine (18.75 cl), and chips, nuts, and chocolate.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Service charge for à la carte restaurants and special cocktails.

Sports included

Two quartz sand tennis courts during the day, table tennis, mountain bike tours, fitness center, basketball, boccia, darts, archery, water aerobics, and aerobics, group golf lessons (30 min per week), beach volleyball, water polo, air rifle shooting, step aerobics, and stretching.

Sports for a fee

Billiards, bowling, rental of tennis rackets and balls, private lessons for tennis and golf, two football fields.

Children's program

Hourly mini club for children aged 4-12 and a baby pool in the mini club, children's aqua park with 8 children's and 5 baby water slides, and a playground on the beach. 4500m² game land with amusement park, children's cinema, sleeping room, and a small library. Pushchairs and baby monitors (subject to availability and charge) are available. Between June and September, the mini club is open 24 hours for children aged 4 and over. Additionally, during peak summer, there is an hourly teen club for 13-15 year olds.
