The hotel is located in the holiday region of Belek, approx. 2 km from Kadriye and approx. 4 km from Belek. The spacious and natural sandy beach is located approx. 2.7 km away (a shuttle service to the beach is available every half hour from 8 am to 6 pm). The airport is approx. 27 km away, and it is approx. 36 km to the picturesque city of Antalya. Taxi and minibus connections are available in the surrounding towns.

The modern hotel, with an X-shaped building, consists of four blocks with five floors (four elevators available) and offers 399 rooms. This stylish lifestyle hotel combines three concepts under one roof: family, children's, and adult-only (16+) concepts. The elegant reception hall with a reception desk and X lobby bar welcomes you. For your dining pleasure, there is a gourmet main restaurant, diverse à la carte restaurants (free of charge once with prior reservation/subject to availability for stays of min. 5 nights), and in addition, various bars, snack stations, and a patisserie are available. Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the entire complex. The X Factory, featuring various shops, is located near the lobby, and the hairdresser is available for a fee. In the well-maintained, expansive garden area, you will find the main freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, an aquapark with 4 waterslides for adults, a children's pool with 7 waterslides for children, as well as an adult pool (usable from 16 years) and an indoor pool (open during the winter season and heatable upon request depending on weather conditions) with a separate children's pool. Sun terraces, pool bars, and snack bars complete the outdoor facilities. Around the pools and at the beach with a beach/snack bar, sun loungers, parasols/sunshades, and pool towels are included (changed once a day). In summer, international concert events with DJs and singers, as well as show evenings, are held on the concert stage X Stage and Arena (2000-2500 guest capacity).

Double Room

The comfortable and modern rooms (approx. 32 m²) offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, double bed or two single beds, LCD/LED satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually controlled), safe, kettle and coffee/tea setup, minibar, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). The double room can also be booked at more favorable conditions as Type I under DI.
Double rooms with pool view (PD) are bookable for an extra charge and at better conditions as Type I under PID. Double rooms with a whirlpool are also available for an extra charge (DDJ). These are also available at better conditions as Type I under 2CU. All double rooms can be booked for single occupancy under the following codes: DE - Land View, DIE – Land View Type I, PDE – Pool View, PIE - Pool View Type I, EDJ – Whirlpool, EJW - Whirlpool Type I).

Double Room Type A (Adults Only)

Equipped like the double rooms, but children under 16 years are not accepted. View of the +16 area (DA). DR = SR for single occupancy (DEA). The single room can be booked at more favorable conditions as Type I under BEI.

Double Room Swim Up

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 37 m²) and have direct access to the communal pool of this room category (bookable from 16 years) (SWD). DR = SR for single occupancy (SWE).
Additionally, the Double Room Swim Up can be booked at more favorable conditions as Type I under A2Q.

Family Room Type A

These slightly more spacious rooms (approx. 38 m²) offer, with similar equipment to the standard rooms, a second room (separable by a sliding door) with two single beds (2FA).

Family Room Type B

With similar equipment to the double rooms, the Family Rooms Type B consist of two rooms with a connecting door (2FB).

Large Double Room (Adults Only)

The spacious double rooms are located in the +16 area and feature similar equipment to the family rooms. Children are not accepted in this category (D2X).

Suite

With similar equipment to the junior suite, the (King) Suites are more spacious (approx. 120 m²), feature 1 living room and 1 bedroom, as well as 2 whirlpools, one on the balcony and one indoors (S2).

Super Saver Room

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these are located in a less preferred location (SSZ). DR = SR for single occupancy (SSE).

Double Room Superior (Adults only)

Double Room Child Friendly

With similar equipment to the double rooms, the Double Rooms Child Friendly (DB) are bookable for 2+2 occupancy.

Double Room Comfort

The comfortable and modern rooms (approx. 32 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, double bed or two single beds, LCD/LED satellite TV with music channel, individually regulated air conditioning, safe, kettle with coffee/tea set, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (DKO). When booking this room category, guests receive the following additional amenities:

The comprehensive Ultra All Inclusive concept leaves little to be desired. Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets or à la carte (one of which Thymarie or Oltra A la Cartes for guests 16+ is free once for 5-night stays). During the day, snack variations at various stations, the patisserie, as well as ice cream at the beach. Various high-quality local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as well-known import drinks, are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, water, and fruit juices. Replenishment occurs daily upon request.
