The hotel is located in the Belek holiday region, approx. 2 km from Kadriye and approx. 4 km from Belek. You can reach the extensive and natural sandy beach in approx. 2000 m (shuttle service to the beach every half hour from 8 AM to 6 PM is available). The airport is approx. 27 km away, and the picturesque city of Antalya is approx. 36 km away. Taxi and minibus connections are available in the surrounding areas.

The modern hotel with an X-shaped building consists of four blocks with five floors (four elevators available) and offers 399 rooms. The stylish lifestyle hotel combines three concepts under one roof: Family, Children, and Adults concept (16+). The elegant lobby with reception and X Lobby Bar welcomes you warmly. For your culinary well-being, there is the gourmet main restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (with advance reservation/subject to availability and for a fee), as well as several bars, snack stations, and a patisserie. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The shopping arcade with various shops and the hairdresser are available for a fee. In the well-maintained, spacious garden area, there is the main freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, an aquapark with 4 water slides for adults and a children's pool with 7 water slides for children, as well as an adults-only pool (for ages 16+) and an indoor pool (open during the winter season and heated on request depending on weather) with a separate children's pool. Sun terraces, pool and snack bars complete the outdoor facilities. Loungers, cushions, umbrellas/sunshades, and beach towels are included around the pools and on the beach with a beach/snack bar (changed once a day). In summer, international concerts with DJs and singers, as well as shows, are held on the X Stage and Arena concert stage (capacity 2000-2500 guests).

Double Room

The comfortably and modernly equipped rooms (approx. 32 sqm) offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, double or twin beds, LCD/LED satellite TV with music channel, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, kettle and coffee/tea setup, minibar, laminate flooring, balcony (D). Rooms with pool view (from S26, PD) or with jacuzzi (from S26, DDJ) can be booked at an extra charge. Double room = Single use (DE, from S26: PDE, EDJ).

Double Room Type A

Equipped like the double rooms, but no children under 16 years are accepted and they have a view of the +16 area (DA). From S26: Double room = Single use (SWE).

Double Room Swim Up

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they are slightly more spacious (approx. 37 sqm) and have direct access to the communal pool for these rooms (bookable from age 16) (SWD).

These slightly more spacious rooms (approx. 38 sqm) offer similar amenities to the standard rooms and feature a second room (separable by a sliding door) with two single beds (DF2, from S26: 2FA).

Family Room Type B

With similar amenities to the double rooms, the family rooms type B consist of two rooms with a connecting door (2FB).

Large Double Room

The rooms are located in the adult area and have similar amenities to the family rooms. Children are not accepted in this category (D2X, from S26: 2CD).

Junior Suite (Summer 25)

These rooms, approx. 37 sqm, have similar amenities to the double rooms and feature a double bed (bookable from age 16) (JS).

Suite (Summer 25)

With similar amenities to the Junior Suite and slightly more spacious (approx. 47 sqm) (S2).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms are approx. 38 sqm, offer adult-only views, and are suitable for guests aged 16 and over. The maximum capacity is 3 adults. (DSU). Double room = Single use (DSE).

Black&Red Room (Summer 26)

The concept rooms have similar amenities to the superior adult rooms, with different room decorations using a red or black color theme (DAS). Double room = Single use (EAS).

The rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms, are approx. 47 sqm, are located between the adult and family zones, and additionally offer a jacuzzi and capsule coffee machine (DD2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

The comprehensive Ultra All Inclusive concept leaves little to be desired. Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from a variety of buffets or à la carte (one of which is Thymarie or Oltra A la Cartes for ages 16+ once free with a minimum 5-night stay). Snacks are available at various stations during the day, as is the patisserie and ice cream on the beach. Various high-quality local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as well-known imported beverages, are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, water, and fruit juices. It is refilled daily as needed.
