The hotel is located in the Belek holiday region, approx. 2 km from Kadriye and approx. 4 km from Belek. You can reach the extensive and natural sandy beach in approx. 2000 m (shuttle service to the beach every half hour from 8 AM to 6 PM is available). The airport is approx. 27 km away, and the picturesque city of Antalya is approx. 36 km away. Taxi and minibus connections are available in the surrounding towns.

The modern hotel with an X-shaped building consists of four blocks with five floors (four elevators available) and offers 399 rooms. The stylish lifestyle hotel combines three concepts under one roof: family, children, and adult concepts (16+). The elegant lobby with reception and X Lobby Bar warmly welcomes you. For your culinary well-being, there is the Gourmet Main Restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (with prior reservation/subject to availability and for a fee), and in addition, various bars, snack stations, and a patisserie are available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. The shopping arcade with various shops and the hairdresser are subject to a fee. In the well-maintained, spacious garden area, there is the main freshwater pool with a separate children's pool, an aqua park with 4 water slides for adults and a children's pool with 7 water slides for children, as well as an adults' pool (usable from 16 years) and an indoor pool (open in winter season and heated on request depending on weather) with a separate children's pool. Sun terraces, pool, and snack bars complete the outdoor offerings. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas/sunshades, and beach towels are included around the pools and on the beach with beach/snack bar (changed once a day). In summer, international concert events with DJs and singers, as well as show evenings, are held on the concert stage X Stage and Arena (capacity 2000-2500 guests).

Double Room

The comfortably and modernly equipped rooms (approx. 32 sqm) offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, direct dial telephone, double or two single beds, LCD/LED satellite TV with music channel, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, minibar, laminate flooring, balcony (D). Double Room Type A

Equipped like the double rooms, but no children under 16 years are accepted and they have a view of the +16 area (DA). From S26: DZ=EZ for single occupancy (SWE).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they are slightly more spacious (approx. 37 sqm) and have direct access to the communal pool for these rooms (bookable from 16 years old) (SWD).

These slightly more spacious rooms (approx. 38 sqm) have similar amenities to the standard rooms and feature a second room (dividable by a rolling door) with two single beds (DF2, from S26: 2FA).

Family Room Type B

With similar amenities to the double rooms, the family rooms type B consist of two rooms with a connecting door (2FB).

The rooms are located in the adult area and have similar amenities to the family rooms. Children are not accepted in this category (D2X, from S26: 2CD).

Ultra All Inclusive

The comprehensive Ultra All Inclusive concept leaves little to be desired. Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from diverse buffets or à la carte (one of them Thymarie or Oltra A la Cartes for ages 16+ once free for stays of 5 nights or more). Snack variations at various stations during the day, the patisserie, and ice cream on the beach. Various high-quality local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as well-known imported drinks are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is stocked with beer, soft drinks, water, and fruit juices. It is refilled daily as needed.
