The holiday hotel is located in the Göynük district, at the foot of the high Taurus Mountains. The pebble beach is about 180 m away (across the street), and Kemer town with its many shopping and entertainment options is about 9 km away. Public minibus and taxi services are available near the hotel.

The attractive holiday complex with an international clientele consists of a four-story main building with a lift, a four-story annex building with a lift, and nine three-story bungalows, offering 267 rooms. Hotel facilities include a spacious reception area with a reception desk, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee, open three times a week depending on weather), bars, a disco, shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser (each for a fee), and an indoor pool (seasonal) with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the general areas. The beautifully landscaped garden features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, four water slides (open for specific hours, two of which are for children), sun terraces, and a pool bar. Sunshades, loungers, and mattresses are available free of charge at the pool and on the hotel's private beach section (with beach bar). The first bath towel is free; exchanges on the same day are subject to a fee. All outdoor facilities and outdoor sports activities are limited in winter (at the hotelier's discretion).

Bungalow Room

The modern rooms are located in the bungalows and are tastefully furnished with a French bed and a single bed, and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central/hourly operation), safe, minibar (filled once with still water upon arrival), mostly laminate flooring (ground floor rooms have tiled floors), and a balcony or terrace (BZ2). Double room for single use (BZ1).

Double Room

With similar amenities to the bungalow double rooms and located in the main building (D). Double room for single use (DE).

Large Double Room

Similar amenities to the double rooms, but more spacious and located in the annex building (D2X). Double room for single use (D1X).

Family Room

These rooms offer two separate bedrooms with the amenities of the bungalow rooms and are located in the annex building (DF2).

Family Junior Suite

These approx. 40 m² "Family Junior" rooms are located in the annex building and feature a partially separated sleeping area, a double bed and 2 single beds, shower/WC, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, safe (for a fee), and a balcony (FJS). Also bookable under code AYTC87 (FJS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser's breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, various snacks at the snack bar during the day, and a midnight snack (from 11 PM to midnight). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 AM to midnight. Soft drinks and beer are available at the beach and garden bar from 10 AM to 5 PM. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
