The beautiful holiday hotel is located in the Side-Colakli resort area on a gently sloping, extensive, fine sandy beach. The center of Side is about 10 km away, and public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

Nestled amidst extensive gardens, the family-friendly resort is laid out in terraces sloping down to the sea over 34,000 m². The 157 Dream Rooms, 39 Dream Family Rooms, and two rooms accessible for disabled guests (upon request) are spread across three to four-story buildings and three two-story buildings (elevators available). The resort facilities include an elegant lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, the main restaurant (with international cuisine) with a terrace (including a non-smoking zone), various bars, and a TV room. In the Rüya Bar, which serves as a snack and à la carte restaurant (international cuisine), you can have lunch between 12 PM and 4 PM (for a fee). Wi-Fi is free on the beach, in the garden, in the lobby, and in the bar and pool areas. The well-maintained garden features a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace, sunbathing lawns, and the pool bar and snack bar. Sunbeds, mattresses, beach towels (in the room), and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with an extra-large double bed (King size, 220 x 200 cm with separate mattresses), shower/WC, a small children's toilet, and a children's washbasin, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly and weather-dependent), smoke detector, seating area, mini-fridge, an LCD satellite TV with several German channels and a music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Side sea view/sea side (DMS) can be booked for an additional charge. Direct sea view (DM) can be booked for an additional charge. DZ=EZ for single use on the land side (DE) or bookable with side sea view/sea side for an additional charge (DES).

Depending on the season, fruits, vegetables, and some meat and dairy products come from the hotel's own organic farm.

Half Board Ultra

Enjoy breakfast and dinner from extensive buffets in the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast from 10 AM to 11 AM (served on a plate) is included. Some local alcoholic beverages (age 18+) and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as various cocktails, are included at the open bars between 9 AM and 12 AM (1st July - 31st August from 9 AM to 1 AM). Your mini-fridge will be stocked with still water.

All Inclusive

If you book All Inclusive, you will also receive lunch at the main restaurant from the buffet and coffee/tea with local pastries in the afternoon.

For a fee

Lunch with international cuisine at the Rüya Bar à la carte restaurant (from 12 PM to 4 PM). Freshly squeezed fruit juices, telephone and fax charges, laundry, and hourly doctor's service.

Sports included
