The holiday property is located approximately 350 m from the gently sloping sandy beach; a shuttle bus is available free of charge several times a day. You will find various shopping and entertainment options in the immediate vicinity. The picturesque center of Side is located about 10 km away, and public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The attractive holiday complex consists of a four-story main building and a seven-story annex, offering a total of 344 rooms. Among the many amenities are the atrium-style lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar. The friendly decorated main restaurant with a terrace, additional bars, a nightclub, the modern wellness area (for guests aged 16 and over), and the shopping center with various shops are all available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find an amphitheater for evening events, the main swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with two water slides and a separate children's pool, as well as a new pool near the annex with an integrated children's pool and a water slide for our younger guests. Furthermore, there are spacious sun terraces and an inviting pool/snackbar. Here and on the beach (with a great beach bar), which you can reach via steps, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels (change possible every two days free of charge) are included.

Double room

Tastefully decorated in bright colors, the rooms are located in the main building or the annex and feature a bath/WC (main building) or shower/WC (annex), hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, mini-fridge, air conditioning (individually adjustable), carpeted flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms, but located in less preferred areas (SSZ). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (SSE).

Large double room

Identical to the double rooms and equipped with a bunk bed (D2X).

Family room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, they consist of a bedroom and a living/bedroom separated by a connecting door; they are located in the main building or the annex (DF2).

You will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner from generous buffets (incl. diet corner at dinner), late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00 AM to midnight at the respective open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, all drinks after midnight, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and Turkish coffee specialties.

Sports included

One hard tennis court during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, fitness room (aged 16 and over), basketball, aerobics, step, gymnastics, air rifle shooting (aged 16 and over), darts, water polo, water gymnastics, as well as boccia and beach volleyball on the beach.
