The hotel complex consists of 9 building units and has a total of 445 rooms. It features a lobby with reception, elevators, a buffet restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (included once a week based on availability with prior reservation), bars, and shops and a hairdresser (for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in public areas and rooms. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a pool with four water slides (operates at specific hours, weather permitting) and a relaxation pool, as well as a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels (changed once daily free of charge) are included for the pool and beach area (with beach bar/snackbar).

Double Room

All rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (central and timed), minibar, safe (rental), and laminate flooring. They have either a balcony or a terrace (D). Rooms with partial sea view (partial sea view rooms have a bathtub) (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) are available at an extra charge. Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DEM/DE/DES). Rooms with side sea view on the top floor of the buildings have a bathtub in the bathroom. Additionally, these rooms have been partially renovated; TVs and textiles have been renewed, and the flooring has been replaced with laminate.

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the standard double rooms facing the land side (SSZ).

Family Room Type A

Featuring similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of two bedrooms (each with a TV) separated by a connecting door and have land views (2FA).

Deluxe Family Room Type B

These rooms, with amenities similar to the double rooms, consist of two double rooms with separate entrances and a connecting door (2FB).
