The family-friendly hotel is located just separated from the extensive sandy beach of Colakli by the promenade; shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The picturesque old town of Side can be reached after approx. 12 km, public minibus connections are in the immediate vicinity.

The elegantly furnished holiday retreat offers 290 rooms spread over six floors. A spacious lobby with reception, four elevators, chic seating areas and a lobby bar. For dining, the main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (1x per stay with prior reservation included, all further visits for a fee) and several bars as well as a newly renovated confectionery are available. Further amenities include Wi-Fi in the hotel area included, LCD satellite TV room, shopping arcade (for a fee), conference room and the appealing wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped garden, in addition to the show stage for evening animation, are the main pool (at the hotelier's discretion, outdoor pools are heated in the pre-season depending on weather conditions; in the high season, all outdoor pools are cooled), a separate children's pool (also heated during the same period), as well as another pool with two water slides (hourly), sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach with a newly renovated beach/snack bar, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included.

The brightly and friendly furnished rooms offer shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee/tea setup, pillow menu, satellite TV, rental safe, mini-fridge, laminate flooring and balcony (D). Can be booked with partial sea view for an extra charge (DMS). DR=SR for single use (DE/DES).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms on the land side, but in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Double room Superior

Located on the upper floors and renovated, otherwise with the same equipment as the double rooms on the land side. The safe is included. The room has tiled flooring (DSU). Can be booked with partial sea view for an extra charge (D2S).

Family room

Consist of two rooms with a connecting door, with otherwise same equipment as the double rooms (DF2). Can be booked with partial sea view for an extra charge (FS2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from rich buffets, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee, pastries and cakes in the Tchibo Cafeteria, ice cream hour and midnight snack. The mini-fridge is stocked with still water and soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily with water and mineral water.
