The hotel is located in the holiday region of Colakli, approx. 200 m from the hotel's own sandy beach. The nearest entertainment and shopping facilities are approx. 200 m away. The ancient city of Side is approx. 11 km away and Antalya Airport is approx. 55 km away.

The stylish hotel has 293 rooms spread over five floors with an elevator. The interior includes a reception, a lobby with seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel area and in the rooms. Other facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (from May 15th, for guests aged 6 and over, one visit per stay included with advance reservation; all further visits for a fee), a disco, satellite TV lounge, an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool (open in the winter season), various shops, and a hairdresser (all for a fee). In the outdoor area, there is a snack/pool bar, a large swimming pool (heated until April 30th and from October 15th), a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, and an aqua park with seven water slides and a mini-aqua tower for children (available hourly). Sun loungers, sunshades, and pads are included here and at the beach with a beach/snack bar. Changing of bath towels is included once a week; for all other days, this is available for a fee.

The modern rooms feature a shower/WC with hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DR=SR for sole use (DE). Rooms on the pool side can be booked for an extra charge (DP).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms, located in a slightly less preferred area and without a balcony (SOZ).

Family room

Offering the same facilities as the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2). Also available with two bathrooms for an extra charge (FG).

Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Ice cream with lunch and dinner, snacks at the beach bar at noon; coffee, tea, and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, as well as a midnight snack from 10 PM to 7 AM in the new Bistro Bar. You receive various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with water and soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
