The holiday hotel is located in the Çolakli holiday region, approx. 800 m from the wide private sandy beach (complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is available). The modern hotel complex features several building sections with a total of 396 rooms spread over six floors (lifts available). Hotel facilities include a friendly lobby with reception and inviting seating areas, a lobby bar, brasserie, and various à-la-carte restaurants (one dinner in one of the three is included for a minimum stay of 7 nights; with reservation and subject to availability, appropriate attire requested), the large buffet restaurant with terrace, a conference room, and a beautiful indoor pool with a separate children's pool (opened and heated depending on weather conditions in April and October). Furthermore, a hair salon and various shops (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool (for guests aged 16 and over), and an aquapark with seven water slides (in operation hourly and depending on weather conditions), a snack terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and sun sails are included for all guests here as well as at the beach with its beach bar.

Super Saver Room

Are identical to the double rooms with a view of the neighboring building (SSZ).

Double Room

The rooms feature one double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed (60x190 cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, LCD satellite TV, tea/coffee setup, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE). Rooms with pool view can be booked at an additional cost (PD/PDE). For Summer '27, a limited number of rooms with land view (DA/DEA) or pool view (APD/APE) can be booked at lower prices.

Double Room Superior

With otherwise similar features to the double rooms, these rooms are slightly larger and feature a pool view (DSU). The sleeping arrangement for the third person is a Josephine (70 x 170 cm) and for the fourth person, a sofa bed (60x190 cm) is provided in the room. From Summer '26 DR=SR for single use (DSE).

Double Room Superior Type B without Balcony

Identical to the Double Room Superior but without a balcony, bookable under specific conditions and subject to limited availability, featuring a pool view (SBH). DR=SR for single use (SBG).

Family Room Type A

Features the same equipment as the double rooms but with two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed, the other with a single bed) and one shower/WC (2FA).

The rooms consist of two bedrooms and feature two showers/WCs as well as a view of the neighboring building (2FB).

Family Room Type C/Family Room Connecting Door

These consist of two bedrooms, one living room (total: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 Josephine, and 1 sofa bed), feature an interconnecting door, two showers/WCs, and a view of the neighboring building (FAV).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, midday snacks, 7/24 desserts.
