Location

This modern holiday retreat is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach of Evrenseki only by the popular beach promenade. The center of Side is approximately 7 km away, and public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The elegant beach hotel has a total of 300 rooms spread across four interconnected building sections, each with five floors (elevators available). Various amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants, various bars, a patisserie, a game hall (for a fee), an LCD satellite TV room, a conference room, a disco (ages 18+), shops, a hairdresser (all for a fee), a well-equipped wellness area, and a modern indoor pool (heated during the winter season) with a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel up to 50 MB. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is an amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, and another pool with water slides (opening hours for water slides and snack bars may vary depending on weather conditions), a pool/snack bar, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers with integrated pads, beach towels, and parasols are included here; at the beach with beach/snack bar, sun loungers with integrated pads, sun sails, and beach towels are free of charge.

The rooms, tastefully decorated in appealing colors, feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe (for a fee in winter), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Double room = single room for single occupancy (available in limited numbers with more favorable conditions in the low season under DEA/DEB/DEC/DED).

Superior Double Room side sea view

The rooms, tastefully decorated in appealing colors, feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, balcony, and side sea view (D2S). Double room = single room for single occupancy (1SD).

Double Room Superior sea side (AYT867)

The superior double rooms on the sea side are similar in size and facilities to the double rooms with side sea view, but are oriented towards the sea side (SMS).
Also bookable as a single with child on the sea side (1MS).

Superior Room Bunk bed

Identical to the double rooms and, with otherwise similar features, additionally offer a bunk bed for children as well as a side sea view (DAS).

Family Room Sea View

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door and feature a sea view (F2M).

Comfort Double Room

With similar facilities to the superior double rooms with side sea view, for a maximum occupancy of 2+0, including an additional bathrobe, a 15-minute trial massage, fruit basket, and à la carte usage (2CD).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet (with diet corner), late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, mineral water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an Ultra All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
