The hotel is located in the popular holiday area of Evrenseki, approx. 250 m from the expansive, gently sloping sandy beach and approx. 8 km from the historic town center of Side with its many shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
The popular holiday destination consists of five building sections and features a total of 346 rooms across five floors (five lifts available). Hotel amenities include a tastefully decorated lobby with reception, lobby bar, seating areas, and an LCD satellite TV corner, a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, an à-la-carte restaurant (with advance notice and reservation fee; from Summer '26 with advance notice and no reservation fee), various bars, a nightclub, and a modern indoor pool (open and heated in winter). Additionally, there is a game room with an internet corner, shops, and a hairdresser (all for a fee). Wi-Fi is complimentary in the lobby area and in the rooms. The outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools, one of which includes four water slides, a relaxation pool, and a separate children's pool with water slides for children (operated hourly), as well as a snack bar at the beach. Sun loungers at the pool and beach, beach towels, and cushions at the pool are included.

Double room

The modern and tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, mini-fridge, electric kettle with tea/coffee setup, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, individually controlled air conditioning, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). In winter, bookable as type I with limited availability (DI/DC). DR=SR for single use (DE). For specific dates in summer, single rooms are available at more favorable conditions with limited availability (DEA).
With an occupancy of 2+2+1 or 3+1+1, the room may feel cramped.
Optionally also bookable as a Young Traveller room (only for guests between 18-29 years old) (YTR). Also available for single use (YTE).
