Location

The hotel is located in the popular holiday area of Evrenseki, approx. 250 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach and approx. 8 km from the historic center of Side with many shopping and entertainment facilities. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Summer:
This popular holiday resort consists of five buildings and has a total of 346 rooms spread across five floors (five lifts available). The hotel facilities include a tastefully furnished reception area with a reception desk, lobby bar, seating areas, and an LCD satellite TV corner, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (reservations and a service charge required, from Sun'26 reservations required without a service charge), various bars, a disco, and a modern indoor pool (open and heated in winter). There is also a games room with an internet corner, shops, and a hairdresser (both for a fee). Wi-Fi is free in the reception area and in the rooms. Outside, there are two freshwater swimming pools, one with four water slides, a relaxation pool, and a separate children's pool with water slides for kids (open at certain hours), as well as a beach snack bar. Sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, beach towels, and mattresses by the pool are included.
Winter:
- Sun loungers on the sun terrace are included
- Only soft animation is offered
- The indoor pool is only available in winter
- Water slides are closed in winter

Accommodation

Double Room

The modern and tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, kettle with tea/coffee setup, satellite TV with music channel, safety deposit box (rental fee), individually controlled air conditioning, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). In winter, can be booked as Type I with a limited contingent (DI). Double room for single use (DE). For certain dates in summer, with a limited contingent, single rooms are available at slightly lower prices (DEA/DEB).
With an occupancy of 2+2+1 or 3+1+1, the room may feel cramped.
Also available as a Young Traveller Room (for guests aged 18-29 only) (YTR). Also for single use (YTE).

Double Room Superior

Identical to the double rooms, but located in the annexe (DSU). Also available for single use (DSE).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms and in a less desirable location (SSZ).

With otherwise similar amenities, these rooms consist of two bedrooms in a maisonette style with an open staircase (DF2).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door (2FA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late risers' breakfast, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, midnight soup. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages from 10 am to midnight at the bars currently open are included. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed fruit juices, imported beverages, all drinks in the disco and after midnight.
