Location

The comfortable hotel is separated from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach only by the popular beach promenade and is located approximately 10 km from the center of Side, with many shopping and entertainment options. Public minibus connections are available.

Facilities

Summer:
The modern and quiet Adults-only hotel (bookable for ages 16 and up) was completely renovated in Winter 25/26 and consists of two buildings, each with five floors, connected by the hotel lobby, and offers a total of 208 rooms (two elevators available). The facilities of the holiday resort include an elegant reception hall with a reception area, cozy seating areas, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. There is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (some à la carte restaurants are subject to a charge, others can be visited with a minimum stay of 7 nights, with prior reservation and subject to availability), several bars, a patisserie, a conference room, and the spa and wellness center, as well as an indoor pool, offering many further amenities. Additionally, there is a hairdresser, various shops, and a minimarket (each for a fee). In the outdoor area of the hotel, you will find the large freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces and a pool/snackbar. Here, as well as at the hotel's private beach section (with beach/snackbar), sun loungers, beach towels, and sun protection are included for our guests.
Winter:
- Not all à la carte restaurants are open.
- The indoor pool is heated depending on the weather and at the hotelier's discretion.

The rooms are approx. 22 sqm and tastefully furnished, featuring a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), electric kettle with coffee and tea selection, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with partial sea view and sea view are available at an extra charge (DMS/DM). Double rooms for single use with partial sea view (DES) and direct sea view (DEM) can be booked.

Double Room Garden View

The rooms, approx. 22–26 sqm, feature a double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, electric kettle with coffee and tea selection, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a terrace with sea view (2GD). Also available for single use (DZ = EZ/1GD).

Deluxe Double Room (AYTC37)

The Deluxe Double Rooms are approx. 22-26 sqm and equipped with telephone, minibar (for a fee), TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, and centrally controlled air conditioning, as well as a balcony with landscape view (DD2).
Available at an extra charge also with partial sea view (DDS/EDD) and direct sea view (DDM/DM1).

Superior Double Room with Whirlpool

The rooms, approx. 40–55 sqm, feature a double bed, a separate living area, shower/WC, whirlpool, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, electric kettle with coffee and tea selection, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with sea view (J2N). Also available for single use (DZ = EZ/J1N).

Suite Sea View

The suites, approx. 40–55 sqm, feature a stylish round bed, a separate living area, shower/WC, whirlpool, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, electric kettle with coffee and tea selection, minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with sea view (S2M).

Superior Double Room Sea View (AYTC37)

With otherwise similar amenities to the Double Rooms Sea View, plus VIP check-in: early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability, DMU).

Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked upon arrival with still water, fruit juice concentrates, mineral water, soft drinks, and beer, and is refilled daily with water, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juice concentrates.
