The modern holiday residence is located approximately 300 m from the long sandy beach. Some shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity, the picturesque resort of Side is approximately 6 km away, and public minibuses are available.

Summer:
The appealing resort offers a total of 287 rooms, spread across three interconnected five-story building sections grouped around the pool area. A spacious, light-filled atrium-style lobby with reception, elegant seating areas, and a lobby bar warmly welcomes guests. Further amenities include the main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (each with prior reservation and a service fee, 1.5.–31.10.), additional bars, a disco, and a patisserie open for set hours. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area and in the rooms. A game hall with various attractions, an internet corner, and various conference rooms are available for a fee. The hotel also offers a beautifully designed indoor pool (open during the winter season) with a separate children's pool and a professional wellness area. In the garden, alongside the amphitheater for evening events, there is a large main pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (open for set hours from 1.5.-31.10.), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar (1.5.-31.10.). Sun loungers, sunshades/awnings, and the first pool towel per stay are included here and at the beach with its beach bar.
Winter:
- Occasional soft animation and live music in winter.
- No ice cream hour.
- No theme nights or gala shows.
- Aerobics, beach volleyball, basketball, and boccia are not offered.
- Indoor pool is open.

The chic rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, Wi-Fi (included), LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (individually adjustable), coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Identical to the double rooms, but in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Family Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of an additional bedroom separated by a sliding door and offer two air conditioning units, two TVs, and a shower/WC (2FS).

Comfort Double Room (Summer)

The room features one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, rental safe (free of charge from summer 2026), minibar (replenished with table water and soft drinks), electric kettle with herbal tea varieties, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), internet (Wi-Fi), and offers space for 2 adults + 1 child or 3 adults. Furthermore, it features a whirlpool on the large balcony (2CD). DR=SR for single use (1CD).

Family Room Comfort (Summer)

In terms of size and equipment, this room is identical to the family suites. However, some Comfort family rooms feature a large balcony, while others feature a dressing room (room assignment is at the discretion of the hotelier). The Comfort family rooms offer a double bed and two single beds for two people, sliding door, balcony, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, 2 LCD satellite TVs with music channel, baby cot, rental safe, minibar (replenished with table water and soft drinks), electric kettle with herbal tea varieties, laminate flooring, 2 air conditioning units (individually adjustable), and internet (Wi-Fi). Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults (FC2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks and pastries during the day, as well as a midnight snack and a night breakfast. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 a.m. to midnight at the bars currently in operation. The minibar is stocked daily with table water and fruit juice. Various theme nights and gala shows are offered in summer.
