The comfortable hotel is located 5 km from the historic town center of Side with its many shopping opportunities. The city of Manavgat is approx. 10 km away and Antalya Airport is approx. 48 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Summer:
The modern hotel complex spans a total area of 40,000 m² with a total of 498 rooms across six floors (nine elevators available). The various amenities of your holiday home include the elegant reception hall with reception, cozy seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi included in the entire hotel area, the buffet restaurant with terrace, a separate children's restaurant in summer, various à-la-carte restaurants (with advance reservation and service fee, alternating opening times depending on occupancy), several bars, a disco, and a patisserie. There is also a hairdresser and various shops (each for a fee). Game room with several attractions, conference room, and a spa and wellness center (each for a fee). In the beautiful garden of the hotel, there is a spacious swimming pool landscape with sun terraces, pool/snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Additionally, there is an amusement park and an aqua park with water slides (open by the hour and weather-permitting from April 15 to October 31). Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section with beach/snack bar, sun loungers and sunshades are included for our guests (April 1 to October 31). Bath towels are provided free of charge once a day; changing them on the same day incurs a fee.
Winter:
- The main restaurant terrace is closed in winter.
- Sun loungers and bath towels are available from November 1 to March 31 at the heated indoor pool with a separate children's pool.
- Beach volleyball, air rifle shooting, bocce, and all outdoor activities are not offered.
- Babysitting on request and for a fee.
- Entertainment includes soft animation, evening shows, occasional live music, and a disco.
- All outdoor facilities are unavailable from November 1 to March 31.
- The children's buffet is closed.
On December 31, 2026, the New Year's Eve dinner will be served in the main restaurant in the form of an extensive buffet. The "New Year's Celebration" event takes place in the hotel's gala hall. The celebration is organized with a bistro concept without fixed table or seating arrangements and includes live music, shows, and various activities. No meal service is provided, but open bars will be available in the hall for drinks.

Double room

The modernly designed rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent and operating by the hour), minibar, electric kettle with coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, safe, carpeted floor, seating area, and balcony (D). Rooms can be booked with partial sea view (DMS) or sea view (DM) for an extra charge. Double room = single room for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room

Consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and a bathroom with shower/WC, with otherwise similar features to the double rooms (DF2).

Junior suite

Consists of one bedroom and a living area, and additionally features a whirlpool/WC and sea view (J2M).

Taj family room Type A

Have similar features to the family rooms, but include a second shower/WC, a whirlpool, and a slightly larger balcony (2FA).

Family room Duplex

These approx. 70 m² duplex family rooms offer space over 2 floors. On the upper floor, there are 2 single beds and a shower with WC. On the lower floor, there is a double bed and also a shower and WC (DUF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet (with diet corner), late-riser breakfast, various international and local snacks on the beach and at the pool during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie in the afternoon, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local non-alcoholic and some alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars and in the night club. Your minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer upon arrival and is refilled daily as needed. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Visits to the à-la-carte restaurant, some imported drinks, bottled drinks, and luxury spirits, as well as freshly squeezed juices are for a fee.
