Location

This modern holiday home is centrally located in the Evrenseki holiday region; the long sandy beach is about 350 m away, and a free shuttle is available several times a day. You can reach the picturesque center of Side after approx. 7 km; public transport is available.

Facilities

Summer:
The striking resort, which can be booked exclusively for adults aged 16 and over from summer 2027, offers 198 rooms spread over two interconnected buildings, each with four floors. Amenities for a carefree holiday include an impressively designed lobby with reception, lifts, chic seating areas and a lobby bar, as well as the main restaurant with a terrace, an à-la-carte restaurant with two different themes (included once per stay with advance reservation and subject to availability from 1 May to 31 October), a patisserie, several bars and a beautiful wellness area with an indoor pool and separate children's pool (heated seasonally). Several shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and on the beach. In the well-maintained outdoor area, you will find the swimming pool with three water slides (open by the hour), a separate children's pool, the sun terrace and the pool/snack bar. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, parasols and beach towels are included here and at the beach snack bar (from 1 May, weather permitting).

The attractively designed rooms offer shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), rental safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, ceramic flooring and balcony (D). DZ=single room for sole occupancy (DE).

Family room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door and a bathroom (DF2).

Super saver room

These are identical to the double rooms but without a balcony (SSZ(So26)/SOZ). In summer 26, also bookable in limited numbers and at certain times with a balcony (DI).

Superior double room

Same facilities as the double rooms and are approx. 33 m² in size. You will also receive a welcome gift and bathrobe in the room (DSU). DZ can be booked for sole occupancy (DSE).

King Suite

With similar facilities to the double rooms, the King Suite consists of one room approx. 85 m² in size with an additional seating area and a whirlpool (S2).

Comfort double room

These attractively designed rooms feature shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning, rental safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea set, LCD satellite TV with music channel, ceramic flooring and a balcony (2CD). Room allocation for summer '26 and summer '27 is land view, and for winter 26/27 it is pool view. Double rooms for sole occupancy can be booked under the code (1CD).
When booking this room category, guests receive the following additional benefits: 20% discount in the spa area, one free facial mask per adult, a 15-minute introductory massage, a 10% voucher for the optical center, and a fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival in the room.
