Location

The hotel is located about 150 meters, separated by a small street, from the long public sandy beach of the Evrenseki holiday region. The picturesque center of Side is about 14 km away. Public transport is available. The hotel's own beach section with a beach/snackbar is approximately 150 m away.

Facilities

The architecturally appealing hotel offers 476 rooms spread across the main building with 6 floors and an annex building (without elevator) with three floors. Amenities for carefree holidays include a spacious lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and lobby lounge, the main restaurant with terrace (seasonal), various à la carte restaurants (included once a week with prior reservation), further bars, a patisserie, several shops, three conference rooms, a discotheque, and a modern wellness area. Several shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in large parts of the complex. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find the large main pool with a separate children's pool in summer, another pool with four water slides (for certain hours), sun terraces, and the pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses (integrated at the pool), sunshades, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with beach/snackbar.
Winter:
- One à la carte restaurant is included for a 14-day stay.
- The indoor pool (heated) is open daily from 10 AM to 7 PM only in winter.
- The discotheque is open three times a week and incurs a fee.
- The beach bar and pool/snackbar are closed. Snacks are only served in the main restaurant.
- Water slides are not in operation.

Double Room

The attractively decorated rooms are located in the main building and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled), LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, Wi-Fi, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with pool view (PD) or side sea view (DMS) can also be booked at an additional charge. Double room for single use (DE/Summer'26 PDE/Summer'26 DES).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms in a less favorable location and without a balcony (SOZ). Also bookable as a double room for single use in Winter 25/26 (SOE).

Family Room

The family rooms are located in the annex building (without elevator) and, with similar amenities to the double rooms, offer an area of approx. 45 m² and two separate bedrooms, a bathroom area, and a balcony. Each bedroom has a TV (DF2). Bookable with pool view (FP2).

Double Room Terrace (Summer '26)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a terrace (DT2). Double room for single use (DT1).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes at the patisserie in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Optionally, you can dine once a week in one of the two à la carte restaurants with prior reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with water and soft drinks.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Imported drinks, drinks specifically marked on the menu, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and Irish Pub.

All Inclusive (Winter)
