This comfortable hotel is located in Evrenseki, approx. 400 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. A free hotel shuttle is available several times a day and runs at short intervals. Shopping facilities and bars can be found approx. 200 m away, and the picturesque town of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections are available.

This modern holiday residence consists of a main building and an annex, with a total of 325 rooms spread over four floors each. A spacious lobby with reception, Wi-Fi included, lifts, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. Dining options include the main restaurant with a terrace (weather permitting), various à-la-carte restaurants (once per stay for stays of at least 7 nights), a patisserie, additional bars, and an attractive wellness area, which is also available. Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find two freshwater swimming pools (one with a wheelchair lift into the pool) with an integrated children's pool, an aqua park with three water slides, the pool/snack bar, and sun terraces. Here and at the hotel's own beach with a beach bar, sun loungers, sun shades, and pool towels are included.
A full renovation of the property is planned for winter 26/27.

Accommodation

Double room

The attractively decorated rooms in the main or annex building offer a double bed and a sofa bed for the third person, shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, electric kettle with coffee/tea setup, minibar, parquet flooring, and a balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with pool view can be booked for an extra charge (PD/PID). DR=SR for single use (DE/PDE). For summer '27, a limited number of double rooms with land view are available at more favorable conditions under the room type (DI). The double rooms can also be booked for single use under the room types DEA/DEB.

Super saver room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these are slightly smaller, located on the attic floor (accessible via stairs), and have a small balcony. Located in either the main or annex building (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE).

Large double room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious, feature a double and a single bed, are located in the annex building, and offer a bath/WC as well as a terrace or balcony (D2X). Summer '26 rooms with pool view can be booked for an extra charge (GDP). DR=SR for single use (D1X/DPE).

Single room (AYTA45)

These are double rooms for single occupancy (E).

Family room

Located in the annex building and offering the same facilities as the double rooms with an additional bedroom with a connecting door (DF2). Summer '26 rooms with pool view can be booked for an extra charge (FP2).

Superior room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, guests booking this category additionally receive a 20-minute taster massage, 25% discount in the spa area, and a second free use of the à-la-carte restaurant (DSU).
