The hotel is located in Evrenseki, approx. 400 m from the sandy beach. A complimentary shuttle service takes you to the beach at regular intervals. The city center of Manavgat can be reached after approx. 15 km. The nearest sights can be found in Side, approx. 7 km away, and the city center is approx. 1 km away. Antalya Airport is approx. 65 km away.

The hotel has 219 rooms spread over five floors served by an elevator. The interior includes a reception, lobby with seating areas and a lobby bar, various shops, a conference room, a hairdresser (all for a fee), and an indoor pool (closed during early and late season, May 1st to Oct 1st). Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, in the rooms, and at the beach. Further amenities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (June 1st to Sept 30th), a patisserie, various bars, and a mini-market. The outdoor area features an amphitheater, a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, three water slides (hourly), and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included here and at the beach with its beach/snack bar. Bath towel changes are free once a day.
