The Side Royal Palace is located in Evrenseki, approx. 260 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. A shuttle service is available every half hour (1.4.–31.10.). Shopping facilities and bars can be found approx. 100 m away; the picturesque town of Side is reached after about 7 km. Public minibus connections are available.

The hotel consists of one building with a total of 242 rooms spread over six floors. A spacious lobby with reception, Wi-Fi included, lifts, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. Your culinary needs are taken care of by the main restaurant with terrace, two specialty restaurants (dinner once per stay for bookings of 7 days or more, with prior reservation), a patisserie, and other bars. Furthermore, an LCD satellite TV corner, indoor pool with separate children's pool (open and heated from 1.11. to 30.4.), and an attractive wellness area are available. There are also various shops as well as a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, an aquapark with three water slides, the pool/snack bar, and sun terraces. Here and at the hotel's own beach with beach bar, sun loungers, parasols/sunshades, and beach towels are included.
Winter:
- 2 à la carte restaurants at the sister hotel Side Royal Style (1x per 7 nights with reservation included).
- Sun loungers and beach towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation during the day 6 days a week.
- The beach and all related units, as well as the aquapark with water slides, are not in operation.
- Room service from 8 a.m. – midnight (for a fee).
- Buffet restaurant available at the Side Royal Style depending on occupancy.
- Heated outdoor pool (1.11.–30.4.) also usable at the Side Royal Style.
- Beach bar closed in winter; as a gesture of goodwill, the hotel offers a beach service depending on weather conditions.

Double room

The brightly furnished rooms offer shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and hourly), safe, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup with electric kettle, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). In winter, bookable as Double Room Type A (DA) or on the upper floor (MDA). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE/DEA). In summer, bookable in limited numbers and at certain times as DR=SR (DEB) at lower rates. Sea side bookable for an extra charge (DY2/Su.27 DY1).

Double room direct pool access +16 years (Summer)

These rooms offer the same features as the standard double rooms with the addition of direct pool access (PZ2). For safety reasons, children are not permitted. You will also receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival, daily cookie plates in the room in the afternoon, and bathrobes and slippers included.

Family room

With the same features as the double rooms, these offer two rooms with a connecting door and a shower/WC. You will also receive a baby package on request (baby cot, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby bath, and baby shampoo subject to availability) included (DF2).

Comfort double room

Offer the same features as the double rooms with two rooms with a connecting door and a shower/WC (2CD).

Double room pool view

These rooms have the same features as the double rooms and feature a pool view (PD). Upper floors can be booked additionally (E20/E10). DR=SR bookable for single occupancy (PDE). Bookable at more favorable conditions with limited contingent at certain times under (Su: PDR/Wi: APD).
In summer: A fruit plate, wine, bathrobes, and one free taster massage are included upon arrival in the room (only APD/PDR).

Super economy room (Summer)

With similar features to the double rooms, but located in a less preferred position on the ground floor, featuring a double bed and a balcony (SSZ). DR=SR for single occupancy (SSE).

Superior double room (Summer)

With similar features to the double rooms but located on the upper floors of the hotel and with the following amenities: fruit basket and wine, bathrobes, and 1x 15-minute free massage (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late-riser breakfast, welcome drinks upon arrival, pastries in the patisserie during the day and in the afternoon at specific times at the beach, ice cream hours in summer (at the pool and at the beach), various snacks at the beach bar (seasonal), and a small midnight buffet. Dinner in one of the two specialty restaurants included once per stay for bookings of 7 days or more with prior reservation and subject to availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some imported drinks are available 24 hours a day at the currently open bar. The mini-fridge is replenished daily with still water, beer, and soft drinks; the coffee/tea setup is also replenished. Various snacks offered during the day; different summer refreshments are offered at the beach and pool. In the winter season, services may be provided in a restaurant depending on guest numbers or at the sister hotel Side Royal Style.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive
