The Side Royal Palace is located in Evrenseki, approx. 260 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. A shuttle service is available every half hour (April 1st - October 31st). Shops and bars are about 100 m away, and the picturesque town of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections are available.

The hotel consists of one building with a total of 242 rooms spread over six floors. A spacious reception hall with a reception, free Wi-Fi, elevators, elegant seating areas, and a lobby bar welcome you. For your culinary well-being, there is the main restaurant with a terrace, two specialty restaurants (one dinner per stay for bookings of 7 days or more with prior reservation), a patisserie, and other bars. Furthermore, there is an LCD satellite TV area, an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open and heated from November 1st to April 30th), and an attractive wellness area. There are also various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, an aquapark with three water slides, a pool/snackbar, and sun terraces. Here and at the hotel's own beach with a beach bar, loungers, sunshades/umbrellas, and bath towels are included.
Winter:
- 2 A la carte restaurants at the sister hotel Side Royal Style (1x included for 7 nights with reservation)
- Sun loungers and bath towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation during the day, six days a week.
- Pool bar, beach bar, and all associated units as well as the aquapark with water slides are not in operation.
- Room service from 8 am to midnight (for a fee).
- Buffet restaurant can be used at Side Royal Style depending on occupancy.
- Heated outdoor pool at Side Royal Style can be used from November 1st to April 30th.
- Beach bar closed in winter; as a goodwill gesture, the hotel offers beach service depending on weather conditions.

Double Room

The brightly furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and hourly), safe, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea making facilities with kettle, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). In winter, can be booked as a double room type A (DA) or on the upper floor (MDA). Double room for single use (DE/DEA). In summer, available at more favorable conditions in limited numbers and at certain times as double room for single use (DEB). Sea view at extra charge (DY2).

Double Room with Direct Pool Access +16 Years (Summer)

These rooms offer direct pool access (PZ2) with the same amenities as the double rooms. For safety reasons, children are not allowed. You will also receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival, a cake platter with tea/coffee time daily in the afternoon, and bathrobes and slippers are included.

Family Room

These rooms offer two rooms with an connecting door and a shower/WC, with the same amenities as the double rooms. Upon request, you will also receive a baby package (baby cot, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby bathtub, and baby shampoo, subject to availability) included (DF2).

Comfort Double Room

These rooms offer two rooms with a connecting door and a shower/WC (2CD), with the same amenities as the double rooms.

Double Room Pool View

These rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms and have a pool view (PD). Upper floors can be booked (E20/E10). Double room for single use available (PDE). Can be booked at more favorable conditions with limited availability at certain times under (So26 PDR/Wi26 APD).
In Summer 26: Upon arrival in the room (only APD/PDR), a fruit platter, wine, bathrobes, slippers, and a complimentary taster massage are included.

Super Saver Room (Summer 26)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, but in a less preferred ground floor location and with a double bed and balcony (SSZ). Double room for single use (SSE).

Double Room Superior (Summer 2026)

With similar amenities to the double rooms, but on the upper floors of the hotel and with the following amenities: fruit basket and wine, bathrobes, and 1x 15-minute complimentary massage (DSU).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, welcome drinks upon arrival, pastries in the patisserie during the day and at certain times on the beach in the afternoon, ice cream hours in summer (at the pool and on the beach), various snacks at the beach bar (seasonal), and a small midnight buffet. Once per stay, dinner in one of the two specialty restaurants is included for bookings of 7 days or more with prior reservation and subject to availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some imported drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bar. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water, beer, and soft drinks; coffee/tea making facilities are also replenished. Various snacks during the day. Different summer refreshments are offered at the beach and pool. In the winter season, depending on the number of guests, the service may be provided in one restaurant or at the sister hotel Side Royal Style.
