The Side Royal Style is located in Evrenseki, approx. 260 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. A shuttle service is available every half hour (1.4.–31.10.). Shopping facilities and bars can be found approx. 100 m away, and the picturesque town of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections are available.

The hotel consists of one building with a total of 232 rooms spread over six floors. A spacious lobby with reception, Wi-Fi included, lifts, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar welcomes you. The main restaurant with a terrace, two specialty restaurants (for stays of at least seven nights, one visit is included with prior reservation), a patisserie, and further bars take care of your culinary needs. Furthermore, there is an LCD satellite TV corner, a conference room (at the sister hotel Side Royal Palace), various shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee), an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open and heated from 1.11. to 30.4. and for shared use with the sister hotel Side Royal Palace Hotel), and an appealing wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool (heated in winter and for shared use with the sister hotel Side Royal Palace-AYT612) with a separate children's pool, as well as a relaxation pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included here, at the indoor pool, and on the hotel's own beach.
Winter:

Double Room

The brightly furnished rooms (one double bed or two single beds, 3rd person receives a sofa bed, assignment at the hotelier's discretion) offer shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centralized and at specific hours), safe, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup with electric kettle, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Available at cheaper rates in limited numbers under (DA/DEA). Pool view bookable for an additional charge (PD). Pool view available at cheaper rates in limited numbers under (APD). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/PDE/APE). In winter, rooms with pool view in the upper floors are available in limited numbers under (E2O). In summer, 26 rooms with pool view in the upper floors are available in limited numbers (PDR/PDK). For summer, upon arrival in the room (only PBK and APE), a fruit plate, wine, bathrobes, slippers, and a complimentary 15-minute trial massage are included.

Double Room Swim Up

With the same features as the standard double rooms, these rooms offer direct pool access to the communal pool (heated in winter) and additionally include a coffee machine. For safety reasons, children under 16 are not permitted. You also receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival, a plate of cookies daily in the afternoon during tea/coffee time, and bathrobes and slippers included (SWD). In winter, bookable at cheaper rates under A2Q.

Family Room

Offering the same features as the double rooms, these consist of two rooms with a connecting door and one shower/WC. Upon request and subject to availability, you will receive a baby package (baby cot, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby bath, and baby shampoo) included (DF2).

Comfort Double Room

With the same features as the family rooms, bookable with a maximum occupancy of 2+0 (2CD/2CB).

Super Saver Room (Summer)

With similar features to the double rooms, these are located on the top floor; some rooms are only accessible via stairs (assignment at the hotelier's discretion), in a restricted location, and feature a French balcony (SSZ). DZ=EZ for single use (SSE).

Superior Double Room

Feature the same amenities as the double rooms (one double or two single beds, assignment at the hotelier's discretion) and are located on the upper floors. Guests additionally receive a trial massage (15 mins per person, adults only), bathrobes, a bottle of wine, and a fruit basket upon arrival in the room (DSU). (Third person receives a sofa bed).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late riser breakfast, welcome drink upon arrival, pastries in the patisserie during the day, and in the afternoon at specific times on the beach, ice cream hour at the pool and beach, various snacks at the beach bar (seasonal), and a small midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included around the clock at the currently open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water, beer, and soft drinks; the coffee/tea setup is also replenished. In the winter season, services may be provided in a restaurant or at the sister hotel Side Royal Palace, depending on the number of guests.
