The Side Royal Style is located in Evrenseki, approx. 260 m from the hotel's own wide sandy beach. A shuttle service is available every half hour (April 1 - October 31). Shops and bars are located approx. 100 m away, and the picturesque town of Side is about 7 km away. Public minibus connections are available.

The hotel consists of one building with a total of 232 rooms spread across six floors. A spacious reception hall with a reception desk, Wi-Fi included, elevators, elegant seating areas, and a lobby bar welcome you. For your culinary needs, there is the main restaurant with a terrace, two specialty restaurants (one visit included with prior reservation for stays of at least seven nights), a patisserie, and other bars. Furthermore, there is an LCD satellite TV area, a conference room (in the sister hotel Side Royal Palace), various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee), an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open and heated from November 1 to April 30 and shared with the sister hotel Side Royal Palace Hotel), and an attractive wellness area. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, you will find a freshwater swimming pool (heated in winter and shared with the sister hotel Side Royal Palace-AYT612) with separate children's pools, as well as a relaxation pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here, in the indoor pool, and at the hotel's own beach.
Winter:
- Sun loungers and beach towels are included on the sun terrace.
- Soft animation during the day 6 days a week.
- Room service from 8 AM to midnight.
- No refreshment service at the sun loungers by the pool and on the beach.
- Beach bar is closed; as a gesture of goodwill, the hotel may offer beach service depending on the weather.

Double Room

The brightly decorated rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and timed), safe, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, coffee/tea setup with a kettle, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Available at a lower price in limited numbers under (DA/DEA). Pool view available for an extra charge (PD). Pool view available at a lower price in limited numbers under (APD). Double room for single use (DE/PDE/So26: APE). In winter, rooms with pool view on the upper floors are available in limited numbers under (E2O). In summer 26, rooms with pool view on the upper floors are available in limited numbers (PDR/PDK). From Summer 26, upon arrival, the room (only PBK and APE) will include a fruit platter, wine, bathrobes, slippers, and a complimentary 15-minute taster massage.

Double Room Swim Up

These rooms offer, with the same amenities as the double rooms, direct pool access to the communal pool (heated in winter) and also feature a coffee machine. For safety reasons, children under 16 years of age are not permitted. You will also receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine upon arrival, a plate of cookies with tea/coffee time in the afternoon, and a bathrobe and slippers are included (SWD). In winter, available at a lower price under A2Q.

Family Room

These rooms offer, with the same amenities as the double rooms, two rooms with a connecting door and a shower/WC. Upon request and subject to availability, you will also receive a baby package (cot, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby bathtub, and baby shampoo) included (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, welcome drink upon arrival, pastries available during the day at the patisserie and at certain times on the beach in the afternoon, ice cream hour by the pool and on the beach, various snacks at the beach bar (seasonal), and a small midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are available around the clock at the respective open bars. The mini-fridge is stocked daily with still water, beer, and soft drinks; the coffee/tea setup is also replenished. In the winter season, services may be provided in one restaurant or at the sister hotel Side Royal Palace, depending on the number of guests.
