Location

This well-known hotel complex is located only approx. 150 m (a short walk through the beautiful garden) from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach of Gündogdu. Some shops in the Gündogdu village can be reached within a few minutes' walk, Side itself after approx. 15 km. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the complex.

The holiday resort, especially popular with German regular guests, consists of two buildings (with panoramic elevators) and offers a total of 157 rooms. The main building houses the tastefully furnished reception area with seating areas, patisserie, lobby bar and reception, the buffet restaurant with terrace and pool view, two à la carte restaurants (weather permitting from May 1st to October 31st, alternating and one à la carte restaurant included for stays of at least 7 nights), various bars, a disco, an indoor pool (winter), shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge at some points in the complex. The beautifully landscaped garden features a large freshwater swimming pool with two water slides (May 1st to October 31st), sun terrace, pool/snack bar and a separate children's pool, as well as a beach/snack bar on the beach. Sun loungers, mattresses, bath towels (available at the SPA) and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

The comfortable rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled/weather dependent), minibar, kettle, satellite TV, safe, tiled or laminate flooring and balcony (D). Direct sea view bookable for a surcharge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Economy Double Room

Have no balcony but are otherwise identically equipped (SOZ). Double room for single use bookable (SOE).

Family Room

Otherwise identically equipped, these rooms have an additional separate bedroom and are located in the main building (with connecting door) (DF2).

Family Room Type B

Identically equipped, these rooms have a separate bedroom with a connecting door and are located approx. 350 m outside the complex in an apartment area (2FB).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast and dinner from the buffet, late risers' breakfast, lunch at the beach (weather dependent), coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight buffet and soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Freshly squeezed fruit juices, all imported drinks, bottled wines and energy drinks.

One hard tennis court during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, darts, billiards, beach volleyball, and fitness room.
