The chic comfort hotel is located in the Gündogdu holiday area, directly on the extensive, gently sloping sandy beach. The center of Side is about 15 km away. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The modern holiday complex consists of four (interconnected) V-shaped buildings with a total of 288 rooms spread over six floors, with a total of six elevators. The various hotel facilities include an elegant reception hall with seating areas, reception and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (from May 1st, subject to availability and prior reservation with a minimum stay of 7 nights, included once), several bars, a nightclub, two indoor pools (seasonal), and a patisserie. Shops, a mini-market, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the well-kept garden, there are two freshwater swimming pools in summer, one with two water slides (operates on an hourly basis from May 1st), a separate children's and baby pool, the sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar as well as a beach bar. Loungers, cushions, sunshades, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent), minibar, kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony (D). Pool view (PD) or direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/PDE/DEM).

Double Room Garden

With similar amenities to the double rooms, located in the annex building with a terrace and a garden view (DG). Double room for single use (DEG).

Family Room Type A

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these feature an additional bedroom with a connecting door. The view is at the discretion of the hotel management (2FA)

Large Family Room Type B (Summer 2025)

These are more spacious and, with otherwise similar amenities and room layout to the Family Room Type A, feature a shower/toilet. The view is at the discretion of the hotel management (2FB).

Comfort Double Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, bookable with 3+0 occupancy (2CD).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast and dinner buffet style, late riser breakfast, lunch at the beach, patisserie with coffee/tea and cakes (10 am-10 pm), snacks & hamburgers and midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked with still water, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juice upon arrival. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
