The appealing holiday complex is situated amidst the extensive dune landscape of Gündogdu, about 300 meters from the fine sandy beach. The nearest town with some shopping facilities is about 1 km away, Side with numerous shopping and entertainment options is about 12 km away. Public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

The spacious Adults Only hotel consists of a building set in extensive gardens and offers a total of 243 rooms on four floors (lifts available). The hotel's many amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception, chic seating areas and lobby bar, LCD satellite TV room, several bars, game center (fees apply for both), the main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservations required, only one open daily) and a bistro. There are also several shops and a hairdresser (fees apply for both) as well as a well-equipped wellness area. Wi-Fi is included only in the lobby area (floor -1) and in the rooms and outside the lobby for a fee. The centerpiece of the spacious garden is the large freshwater swimming pool, the sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach with beach/snackbar, towel changes are included.

Double Room

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Super Saver Room

Have a shower/WC, are slightly smaller, otherwise have the same amenities as the double rooms facing the land side, but without a balcony (SOZ). Double room for single use (SOE).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they offer a shower/WC, one bedroom with a French bed, and another bedroom separated by a connecting door with two single beds (DF2).

Superior Double Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms with direct sea view, they additionally offer late check-out (until 3 p.m.), a fruit basket and wine on arrival in the room, and one additional use of one of the à la carte restaurants (CM). Double room for single use (CME).
