The hotel, newly opened in summer 2026, impresses with its modern and appealing ambiance and is situated amidst the vast dune landscape of Gündoğdu, approximately 700 meters from the fine sandy beach. The nearest village with some shopping facilities can be reached in approx. 1 km. The center of Side with its numerous shopping and entertainment options is located about 15 km away. Public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

The spacious hotel features a total of 168 rooms spread over four floors (elevators available). Numerous amenities include an elegant lobby with a reception, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar, an LCD satellite TV room, several bars, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum stay of 7 nights, by reservation), a patisserie, and a snack restaurant. Indoors, guests have access to an indoor pool and an inviting wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel. The heart of the expansive outdoor area is the main swimming pool, a slide pool, the sun terrace, and the pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included both by the pool and at the hotel's private beach section. A beach/snack bar is also available free of charge at the beach and pool. During the summer season, a regular shuttle service to the beach is available.

Double Room

The comfortably and modernly furnished rooms are approx. 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, centrally controlled air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Rooms with pool view can be booked at an extra charge (DSP). Double rooms for single use are also available (ESU/DST).

Super Saver Room

The super saver rooms feature a shower/WC and are slightly smaller than the double rooms. With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms facing the land side, they offer a French balcony (SSZ). Double rooms for single use are available (SSE).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style with a large selection of cold and hot dishes. In addition, a late sleeper breakfast, various snacks during the day, and Gözleme on the beach are offered. Coffee, tea, and cake are available in the afternoon. Furthermore, an ice cream hour as well as a midnight snack or midnight soup are included. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported alcoholic drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, as well as drinks in bottles and cans.

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, fitness center, gymnastics, beach volleyball, and bocce are included.

Wellness

The Turkish bath (hammam), sauna, and steam room are available to guests free of charge. Massages as well as all other wellness and beauty treatments are offered for a fee. Treatments are also available for a fee.
