Location

Newly opened in summer 2026, this hotel impresses with its modern and appealing ambiance. It is located amidst the sprawling dune landscape of Gündoğdu, approximately 700 meters from the fine sandy beach. The nearest town with some shopping facilities can be reached in about 1 km. The center of Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 15 km away. Public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

Facilities

The spacious hotel features a total of 168 rooms spread over four floors (elevators available). Numerous amenities include an elegant lobby with a reception, stylish seating areas and a lobby bar, an LCD satellite TV room, several bars, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum stay of 7 nights; reservation required), a patisserie, and a snack restaurant. Indoors, guests have access to an indoor pool and an inviting spa area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The heart of the expansive outdoor area consists of the main swimming pool and a slide pool, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are provided free of charge at both the pool and the hotel's private beach section. A beach/snack bar is also available free of charge at the beach and pool. During the summer season, a regular shuttle service to the beach is provided.

Accommodation

Double room

The comfortable and modern rooms are approx. 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, centrally controlled air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU). Rooms with pool views are available for an extra charge (DSP). Double rooms for single use are also available (ESU/DST).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms feature a shower/WC and are slightly smaller than the standard double rooms. Otherwise identical to the double rooms, they are located on the land side and offer a French balcony (SSZ). Double rooms for single use are also available (SSE).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in buffet style with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Additionally, a late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, and Gözleme are offered at the beach. In the afternoon, coffee, tea, and cake are available. An ice cream hour and a midnight snack or midnight soup are also included. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars around the clock. The minibar is refilled daily with water and soft drinks.

Imported alcoholic beverages, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and drinks in bottles and cans.

Sports included

Table tennis, darts, fitness center, gymnastics, beach volleyball, and bocce are included.
