The chic, high-comfort hotel is located in the Gündogdu holiday region, directly on a sprawling, gently sloping sandy beach. It is approx. 12 km to the town center of Side. Regular public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The attractively designed, high-comfort hotel consists of seven floors, four buildings, and a total of 348 rooms. Among the many amenities are the lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, a pleasantly decorated main restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (one included with reservation and subject to availability for stays of at least 7 days; steak à-la-carte is for a fee), a patisserie, additional bars, a nightclub, a modern wellness area, and a heated indoor pool with an integrated children's pool (seasonal, Nov 1–Apr 1), as well as a shopping center with various shops and a conference room for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, you will find the main swimming pool, a children's pool, and another pool with five water slides (one outdoor pool is cooled in summer from June 1–Oct 10), as well as spacious sun terraces and an inviting snack bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels (exchangeable once daily free of charge with a card) are included here and at the beach with its beach restaurant and bar.

The rooms are elegantly furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, safe, bathrobe, air conditioning (individually controlled), LED TV, minibar, coffee/tea setup, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Double Room Swim Up

These feature similar furnishings to the double rooms, with tile flooring, a capsule coffee machine, and bathrobe, and offer direct access to the shared pool of the swim-up rooms (SWD). A turndown service is provided in summer. This room category is for adults only. In winter, also available as a double room for single use (SWE).
In winter:
When booking this room category, you will receive wine and fruit in the room on the first day, plus a discount in the steak restaurant and spa area. For seven nights, use of two free à-la-carte restaurants and one-time laundry service. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children in these room types.

Family Room

With similar furnishings to the double rooms, these offer two bedrooms separated by a door, with two showers/WC, bathrobes, two LED TVs, and two balconies (DF2).

Double Room Comfort Sea View

These are double rooms with a sea view. Upon booking this room category, you will receive wine and fruit in the room on the first day, a turndown service (for stays of at least 7 nights), and a discount in the steak restaurant and spa area. For seven nights, use of two free à-la-carte restaurants and one-time laundry service (DKM). Double room for single use (EKM).
