Location

The spacious holiday resort is located directly on the wide sandy/pebble beach with a blue flag in Kizilagac, with its own pier and some shopping facilities nearby. The center of the district town of Manavgat is 10 km away and the picturesque old town of Side is approx. 15 km away. Public minibus connections are available. The hotel can also be booked with destination airport Gazipasa (GZP), the distance is 91 km. Antalya Airport is approx. 70 km away.

The modern holiday resort offers a total of 674 rooms spread across the five-story main building. A spacious lobby with reception, Wi-Fi included, elevators, chic seating areas and a lobby bar welcome you. Other amenities for a carefree holiday include the main restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, various à la carte restaurants (once a week in one of the various à la carte restaurants included, with reservation), patisserie, other bars and a disco. There is also a game hall, several conference rooms, various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a spacious indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open in April and October) and an appealing wellness area. In the beautifully landscaped garden, in addition to the amphitheater, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, sun terraces and a pool/snackbar in summer. Sun loungers, umbrellas and sunshades as well as bath towels are included here and on the beach. The outdoor facilities are partly only in operation from May 1st. From summer 26, the new Seaden Joyland water slide park (opening is daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with adult water slides with a minimum height of 120 cm and for children water slides with a maximum height of 120 cm) can be used together with the new neighboring hotel Seaden de Mar Resort & Spa.

Accommodation

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms in bright colors offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually controlled), LCD satellite TV with music channel, minibar, tea/coffee setup, safe, tiled floor and balcony with land view (D). Side sea view (DMS), sea view (DM) or comfort rooms with sea view (DKM) can be booked at an additional cost. The comfort rooms offer a late check-out until 3 p.m. and are located on the upper floors and also have a seating area. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DES/DEM/EKM).

Super Saver Room

Are identical to the double rooms with land view and without a balcony or with a French balcony (SOZ).

Family Room

With otherwise identical facilities to the double rooms, they have a second bedroom with two single beds and a second air conditioning system as well as a second LCD satellite TV and land view (DF2) or with sea view for an extra charge (F2M).

Suite

Consists of one room, similar facilities to the double rooms with a French bed, whirlpool in the room and with sea view (S2M).

Double Room Type A

With similar facilities to the double rooms at more favorable conditions for families with up to 2 children, land view (DA).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Help yourself to rich buffets for breakfast and dinner, lunch in the Okeanos restaurant food corner, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as ice cream hour and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with still water, soft drinks and beer on arrival; water is replenished daily, soft drinks and beer once a week.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks and luxury spirits, bottled drinks and in the disco, freshly squeezed fruit juices, drinks in the wellness center.

Sports Included

Table tennis, darts, gymnastics, aerobics, in summer also mini golf, archery, fitness center, boccia and beach volleyball.
