Location

The hotel is located directly on a broad pebble/sand beach, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Kizilagac with its numerous shopping opportunities. It is approx. 13 km to Manavgat and approx. 18 km to Side. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The holiday resort features a total of 578 rooms distributed across a six-story main building (lifts available). Various hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar, a conference room, a buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (reservation required and for a fee), several bars, a satellite TV and games room, and a disco. Several shops, a mini-market, hairdresser, internet access, and computer games (all for a fee). A well-equipped wellness center with a vitamin bar and a modern indoor pool (seasonal). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. In the beautifully landscaped outdoor grounds of the hotel, alongside the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with water slides. Here, and at the beach with a beach/snack bar, sun loungers, cushions, sun umbrellas/awnings, and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge.

Superior Double Room

The rooms are comfortably furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, mini-fridge, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (operates hourly), safe for rent, ceramic and parquet flooring, and balcony (DSU). Rooms with side or direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (D2S/DMU). Double room = single room for sole use (DEA/DEB/DEC/DED/1SD/DME).

Super Saver Room

With the same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms, these are located in the annex building, on the ground floor, and without a balcony (SOZ So'26). Double room = single room for sole use (SOE So'26/SOK So'26(DEO SO'27).

Superior Double Room Type A

These are slightly more spacious than the Superior Double Rooms, offer the same amenities, include bunk beds for children, and are located on the land side (DA4/DAS So'27). Side and direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (AQ2/MSA).

Family Room

Featuring the same amenities as the standard rooms, these offer an additional separate bedroom with a connecting door and are located on the land side (DF2). Side and direct sea view can be booked for an extra charge (FS2/F2M).

Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The rooms are connected via a hallway with a connecting door, have two separate entrances, and offer a sea view (S2M).

Comfort Double Room

With similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, these additionally include a bathrobe, a 15-minute trial massage, a fruit basket, and an extra visit to the à la carte restaurant (DKO).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late-riser breakfast, daytime snacks, afternoon coffee/tea with pastries and an ice cream hour, as well as midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10:00 am and midnight at the bars that are open at the time. Your mini-fridge is replenished daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks, all drinks in the disco, and freshly squeezed juices.

Sports included

Two hard tennis courts during the day, table tennis and fitness room, as well as boccia, aerobics, water gymnastics, water polo, and beach volleyball.

Sports for a fee

Tennis in the evening with floodlights, rental of tennis rackets and balls, billiards, bowling, and darts.

Children's program

Miniclub for children aged 4-12, six times a week at set hours, playground, and a separate children's pool.

Wellness

Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and all facilities and treatments in the wellness center are for a fee.
