The holiday resort is located directly on the sand and gravel beach of the Kızılağaç region. Manavgat is approx. 12 km away and Antalya Airport is approx. 78 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

The hotel offers 586 rooms spread across 19 blocks. Among the many amenities are the elegant reception hall with seating areas and lobby bar, Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms, the main restaurant with terrace, further bars, an à la carte restaurant, patisserie, several shops, hairdresser (each for a fee) and a well-equipped wellness center as well as an indoor pool. The well-maintained garden area features a spacious freshwater swimming pool, another pool with five water slides (seasonal and open at certain hours), a children's pool, and a quiet pool, as well as a sun terrace and a snack bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included here and at the beach bar (open depending on weather).

Club Double Room

These rooms (approx. 23 sqm) feature a double bed or a double and a single bed, bath/WC, slippers, kettle and coffee/tea setup, safe, direct dial telephone, free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV, hairdryer, split air conditioning, ceramic flooring, and a balcony (CD). Double room for single use (CDE).

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are significantly more spacious (approx. 46 sqm) and feature two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, a living area, and a shower/WC (DSU).

Junior Suite

The rooms, approximately 61 sqm, consist of two sleeping areas and a living room with a double bed and two single beds, or a double bed and two single beds, and two balconies or a terrace (JS2).

Family Suite

With similar amenities to the Junior Suite, these suites offer a double bed and two single beds, as well as a seating area, and are slightly larger (approx. 71 sqm) with two balconies or terraces (2FS).

Suite

With similar amenities to the Club Double Room, these are more spacious (approx. 44 sqm) and feature a double bed and a seating area (S2).

Rich buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Turkish and international snacks throughout the day, pastries at the patisserie, midnight buffet.
