This well-known holiday destination is located directly on a wide, gently sloping, beautiful sandy beach. It is approx. 4 km to the lively town center of Side and approx. 5 km to Manavgat. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

Summer:
This great mid-range hotel has a total of 254 rooms (distributed across a four-story hotel building with a lift and the garden buildings) and offers a modern lobby (Wi-Fi included) with a reception and seating areas, a lobby bar, a satellite TV/lounge, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants, and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). There are also various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the well-maintained garden, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, an additional aqua-slide pool (open hourly, depending on the season and weather), and a sun terrace. A beach bar is also available at the beach. There is also a restaurant at the beach for lunch (hourly). At the beach, there are sun canopies, and at the pool, there are sun umbrellas; sunbeds, cushions, and beach towels (towel change for a fee, free of charge from summer 2026) are included.

Double room

Located in the main building and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, minibar, electric kettle with herbal tea varieties, laminate flooring, air conditioning (individually adjustable), Wi-Fi included, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Garden double room

The rooms are located in the garden, independent of the main building, and have similar facilities to the double rooms (DG). DR=SR for single occupancy (DEG).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location, facing the landside or located in the garden area, without a balcony or sometimes equipped with a French balcony (SSZ). Room allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier.

Superior room with sea view

Identical in facilities to the double rooms, slightly larger, and with a sea view (DMU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the various bars between 10 a.m. and midnight. You can get soft drinks, beer, and coffee at the beach bar. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Daily replenishment of the minibar with bottled water and soft drinks.
