Location

Located directly on the broad, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The resort town of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 4 km away and can be easily reached by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The modern comfort hotel with a total of 270 rooms spread over four floors (elevators) features a stylish lobby with reception, lobby bar, and seating areas, a buffet restaurant with terrace, several bars, and a beautiful indoor pool with a separate children's pool (open during the winter season). Other facilities include various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), two à-la-carte restaurants (subject to availability and for a fee), as well as a spa and wellness area (each facility/reservation/treatment for a fee). Pavilion service for a fee. Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge in your rooms and throughout the hotel area. In the well-maintained garden, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool with three water slides (open by the hour), a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are included for our guests at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar, weather permitting, from May onwards).
Winter:
- Beach volleyball is not offered.
- Miniclub closed.
- No ice cream scoop hour.
- No entertainment.

Accommodation

Double room

The double rooms feature shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (operated by the hour as required), minibar, bathrobes (for an extra charge), tea, coffee, electric kettle, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony with land view (D). DZ=EZ (DE). Side sea view (DMS) and sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. DZ=EZ with side sea view (DES) or sea view (DEM). For Summer 26, bookable at certain times and with more favorable conditions (DI).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms have the same features and comfort as the double rooms. They are located on a mezzanine level and are accessible only via a staircase leading from the first floor to the ground floor. These rooms have no view (SSZ).

Family room

Same features as the double rooms and located on the land side. However, they are larger and have a visually separated sleeping possibility (bunk bed) for the 3rd and 4th person (4th person is only possible as a child). Rooms with land view have 3 steps at the entrance (DF2). Bookable for an extra charge with a separate bedroom and sea view (F2M).

Double room Superior Land View

With otherwise the same features as the double rooms, guests receive the following services: welcome drink, 50% off laundry service (for stays of 10 nights or more), 15-minute trial massage, 20% off wellness offers, bathrobe (DSU). EZ=DZ available for single occupancy (DSE). Bookable in limited numbers at certain times with more favorable conditions. These are located in a less preferred position (SZB).

Double room Superior Pool & Sea View

With otherwise the same features as the double rooms, guests receive the following services:
Bathrobe for adult guests, 15-minute trial massage, 20% discount on wellness offers, faster Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area, wheelchair-accessible facilities in the hotel, welcome cocktail upon arrival, beach bag in the room on the day of arrival, free packed lunch on the day of departure (PM). EZ=DZ available for single occupancy (PMS).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the rich buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day by the hour, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as an ice cream scoop hour. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10 am to 12 am. The minibar is stocked daily (as needed) with soft drinks and beer. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate clothing is requested in the restaurants.
