Location

The modern holiday resort is centrally located in the village of Kumköy, about 4 km from Side. The hotel's own sandy beach can be reached in about 250 m. Public minibus connections and taxis are available on the main road.

Facilities

The chic holiday complex has a total of 334 rooms spread over seven floors. Amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, elevators and lobby bar, inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a large terrace, various à la carte restaurants (by reservation, for a fee), patisserie, various bars, a satellite TV corner, a conference room, the modern indoor pool with children's pool (open only in winter) and a well-equipped spa area. Also the "Game Center" and various shops as well as an internet café (each for a fee), Wi-Fi is free in the hotel building and in the rooms as well as on the beach. The beautifully designed outdoor area includes the amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool and three water slides, as well as the sun terrace with pool/snackbar. Here, as well as at the hotel's own beach section (with beach/snackbar), loungers with fabric inserts, sunshades and bath towels (1x daily included, further changes for a fee) are free of charge.
Winter:
- The outdoor area features a semi-Olympic pool, which will be heated from 15.10. to 15.11. and from 15.3. to 15.4., depending on the weather.
- The indoor pool is heated in winter, weather permitting.
- There is only soft animation, Turkish language course and cooking course.
- Nordic walking is available free of charge.
- Snack bars by the pool and on the beach are closed.
- Animation takes place in the lobby area 6 times a week.
- The playground can be used depending on the weather.
- A windbreak is available on the beach.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks, water & mineral water and beer), coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV with music channel, DVD player, safe, laminate flooring and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE). Can be booked in winter at lower rates in limited quantity (DA/DEA).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are located on the 1st or 2nd floor with a land view and a French balcony (SSZ). In winter, they can also be booked for single use (SSE).

Comfort Room with Side Sea View

With otherwise identical furnishings to the double rooms, these rooms have a side sea view and additionally offer late check-out (until 3 PM) or early check-in (from 9 AM, otherwise subject to a fee), wine in the room on arrival day, and one use of the à la carte restaurant per stay (CDM). Can also be booked for single use at an additional charge (CEM).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet-style, late risers' breakfast, continental breakfast from 0 to 7 AM, various snacks at the pool and beach bar at specified times, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and late dinner. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Ultra All Inclusive (Winter)
