Location

This excellent holiday hotel is located in the Kumköy holiday area. A private path of approx. 350 m leads to the wide, gently sloping sandy beach (some stone slabs present in the sea). A regular shuttle service to the beach is available for our guests. The town of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 3 km away and is easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

Summer:
The well-known resort hotel, popular with many regular guests, has a total of 197 rooms spread over five floors (two elevators available). Hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a live bar (only open in the winter season), where Wi-Fi is included. There is a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (subject to availability and reservation, one visit included per stay), various bars, and a beautiful indoor pool (only open in winter). A disco (only open in winter, drinks for a fee), shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In the well-kept outdoor area, there are two freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, two water slides (hourly), the pool/snack bar, and sun terraces. These, as well as the beach with a bar and beach restaurant (May 1st – October 31st), are open subject to weather conditions and at the hotelier's discretion. Furthermore, sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available for our guests free of charge.

Accommodation

Double room

The rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tea/coffee setup, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with pool view can be booked for an additional charge (PD). DR=SR for single use (DE, PDE). Rooms for single use at more favorable conditions and in limited numbers can be booked under (DEI/DIE). Starting summer '26 in the low season, a limited number of rooms can be booked for single use with land view (DEA), as a double room with pool view (PDR), or for single use (EPI).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms with land view (SSZ). DR=SR for single use (SSE). Pool view can be booked for an additional charge and in limited numbers (APD)

Large double room

Otherwise identical in equipment but slightly larger than the double rooms and feature one double bed and two single beds. There are no windows in the area of the two single beds (D2X). Rooms with pool view can be booked for an additional charge (GDP).

Large double room type A

Identical to the large double rooms with land view, bookable at more favorable conditions and with limited availability (G2A).

Family suite

With otherwise identical equipment, these feature a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping room with two sofa beds and a connecting door, as well as a balcony and pool view (2FS).

Comfort double room

Identical in equipment to the large double rooms with land view. Feature one double bed and two single beds. There are no windows in the area of the two single beds (2CD). For Summer '25: DR=SR for single use (1CD).

Family suite type A

With otherwise identical equipment, these feature a bedroom with a double bed and a living/sleeping room with two sofa beds and a connecting door, as well as a balcony and land view (ASF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, continental late-riser breakfast, Turkish and international snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, and midnight soup. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM. The minibar is stocked once upon arrival with soft drinks and still water; the latter is replenished daily. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Imported drinks, drinks from 11:30 PM to 10:00 AM, as well as freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Sports included

Water polo, water gymnastics, table tennis, aerobics, and fitness room.
