Location

Located directly on the expansive, gently sloping sandy beach of Kumköy. The town of Side, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options as well as historical sights, is approx. 4 km away. Public minibus connections or taxis are available in front of the hotel.

This comfortable hotel, popular with many regular German guests, consists of two five-story main buildings (lifts available) and, in summer, three-story Lake Houses (annexes, no lifts) and has a total of 675 rooms. Central facilities include the spacious lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace area (weather permitting), 6 à-la-carte restaurants (BBQ is weather-dependent and operates from 15.5. to 15.9.), various bars, a satellite TV room, and several conference rooms. Additionally, there are shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee), a disco, a well-equipped spa and wellness center, and a modern indoor pool with whirlpool (heated from 1.11. to 31.3. weather permitting, towels free of charge). Wi-Fi (in the reception area, in the rooms, around the pools, and in summer at the beach is included). Located on the seaward side of the grounds is the animation stage, the freshwater swimming pool with water slide (from 15.4. to 10.10., hourly and weather-dependent), a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool/snack bar. Here, as well as at the beach (with beach bar), sun loungers, cushions (only at the beach), sun umbrellas, and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge.
Winter:
- Animation stage is not available.
- The indoor pool is only heated during the winter season between 1.11. and 31.3.
- Sun loungers and beach towels are included on the sun terrace, which is located in the garden area.
- Light animation is provided as entertainment.
- The terrace area of the buffet restaurant is closed.
- The BBQ à-la-carte restaurant is closed.

Accommodation

Double Room

The double rooms (approx. 25-27 m²) are located in main buildings A and B and are comfortably furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled and operating hourly), minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi (included), laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view or side sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DM/DMS). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE/DEM/DES).

Super Saver Room

Otherwise same features as the double rooms (approx. 25-27m²) in the main building, located on the land side (SSZ). In summer 2026 also available for single occupancy (SSE). The location and view differ from the standard double rooms.

Large Double Room

Located in main building block B, featuring the same amenities and size as the double rooms, with shower/WC and an optically separated bunk bed for children (one room) (D2X).

Family Room

With otherwise the same features as the double rooms, these additionally have a separate bedroom with a connecting door and a second bathroom with shower/WC (DF2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an extra charge (F2M).

Family Room Pool Access

Located in the pool villas (Lake Houses - annexes) on the second or third floor, with similar equipment and decor to the family rooms, featuring tiled flooring, two bathrooms with shower and pool view (2DF). Rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool can be booked for an extra charge (2FP).

Double Room Pool View (Summer)

These are located in the pool villas (Lake Houses - annexes) (approx. 20 m²) and offer, with similar equipment to the double rooms, tiled flooring, a French bed, a balcony, and pool view (PD). DR=SR for single occupancy (PDE).

Super Saver Room No Balcony (Summer)

Similar to the double rooms with pool view but smaller (approx. 16 m²) with two fixed single beds, tiled flooring, a shower/WC and are located in the pool villas (Lake Houses - annexes), but facing the land side (SOZ). (Additionally bookable under AYT850 as Double Room Annex (DNH)).

Suite (Summer)

This room category has the same equipment as family rooms, is slightly larger, and includes a living room with seating group, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a whirlpool on the balcony or in the bathroom. Pool or sea view is at the discretion of the hotelier (S2).

Ultra All Inclusive (Summer)

Breakfast (from 7-11 a.m.), lunch, and dinner from the rich buffet, optionally 1x per stay dinner in each of the à-la-carte restaurants (with reservation and subject to availability, minimum stay 5 nights), during the day Turkish and international snacks as well as coffee/tea, pastries, and cakes in the patisserie (from 10 a.m. - midnight), scoop ice cream hours, as well as waffles by the pool (summer), midnight snacks (from 10 p.m. - 1 a.m.), and a small breakfast buffet from 1-7 a.m. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and beer upon arrival, which is replenished daily if needed. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory. Appropriate clothing is requested for dinner.

All Inclusive (Winter)
