Location

The holiday residence is located approximately 200 m from the expansive, gently sloping sandy beach (with some rock slabs in the water; during the summer, a regular shuttle service to the beach runs from 10 am to 6 pm). The center of Kumköy can be reached after approximately 1 km, and the picturesque old town of Side is about 4 km away. Public transport is available.

Accommodation

Summer:
The modern holiday hotel offers 372 rooms distributed across three five-story buildings. Amenities for carefree holiday days include a stylish reception lobby with a front desk, elevators, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar, as well as a satellite TV corner. A main restaurant with a terrace is available, as are various à la carte restaurants (for a minimum stay of 7 nights, one of the restaurants is included once per stay and person, subject to prior reservation and availability), as well as additional bars, conference rooms, an indoor pool with a children's section (open during the winter season), and a beautiful spa area. Wi-Fi is available in the hotel buildings free of charge. Various shops and a hairdresser are available for an extra fee. In the well-kept garden, alongside the animation area, you will find an attractively designed pool landscape with a separate children's pool and two water slides (seasonal and hourly), sun terraces, sunbathing lawns, and the pool/snack bar. Here and at the beach, with its beach bar, sun loungers, cushions, sunshades, and beach towels are included. Bathing platform open from May 1st to October 31st (opening or closing at the hotelier's discretion).
Winter:

Double room

The beautifully decorated rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar, electric kettle, safe (included), coffee/tea setup, marble and carpet flooring, as well as a balcony or terrace (D). DR=SR for single use (DE). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). In winter also available as DR=SR for single use (DEM).

Double room Swim-Up (Summer)

Offering the same amenities as the double rooms, these include direct pool access (SWD) (for guests aged 16 and over).

Super saver room

These are identical to the double rooms but located in a less preferred position (SSZ). In winter also available as SR for single use (SSE).

Family room

Designed in a maisonette style on two levels, they offer otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, with two rooms separated by an open staircase—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bathrooms and toilets are located on both floors (DF2). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (F2M).

Suite

With the same amenities as the junior suite, these are larger (approx. 50 m²) and feature a pool view (S2). In winter also available as DR=SR for single use (S1).

Junior suite

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these are significantly more spacious and also feature a sofa in the room (JS2). In winter also available as DR=SR for single use (JS1).

Deluxe suite (Corner Suite/Summer)

Otherwise similar amenities to the junior suite with pool view (S2D).

Suite Type B (AYT831)

These comfortable and spacious suites (approx. 48 m²) are equipped with centrally controlled air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone, safe, and balcony (SB).
