Location

The holiday hotel is located approx. 200 m from the wide, gently sloping sandy beach. A shuttle service takes you to the beach at hourly intervals. You can reach some shopping facilities in Kumköy in just a few minutes' walk. The town of Side, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 3 km away and is easy to reach by taxi or public minibus.

The well-known holiday domicile has a total of 343 rooms spread over six floors (lifts available) and two annex buildings (no lift), each located on the other side of the street. Various hotel facilities include the spacious lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (open two days a week, with prior reservation and for a fee), various bars, a nightclub, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel area included, a conference room, hairdresser, shops (each for a fee), indoor pool (seasonal) and a modern wellness and spa center (treatments for a fee). In the well-kept outdoor area there are two freshwater swimming pools, one of which has a water slide (hourly and weather-dependent) and sun terraces. Sun loungers, cushions (integrated at the pool), beach towels (changed every 2 days) and a sun canopy are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar from 1.5. to 31.10., weather-dependent).

Double room

The modern furnished rooms located in the main building feature shower/WC, hairdryer, one double or two single beds, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with music channel, safe, mini-fridge, ceramic floor and balcony (D/DI). Sea side and sea view available at an extra charge (DY2/DM/DIS/DMI). Double room = single use (DE/DY1/DEM).

Super saver room

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these are located in the annex building on the other side of the street approx. 100 m from the hotel building and 100 m from the beach (SSZ). Also bookable as double room = single use (SSE).

Suite (AYT855)

The suites (approx. 32-35m²) have similar facilities, but are larger and feature a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, as well as a dressing room (S2). Also bookable with sea view (S2M).

Suite (Summer)

The suites (approx. 32–35 m²) have similar facilities to the double rooms, but offer more space and additional comfort. They are equipped with a whirlpool in the bathroom. The suites can be booked with land view (2SM) or, for an extra charge, with sea view (2SM).

Saver room type A (Annex building) Summer 26)

With similar facilities to the double rooms, these rooms are located in the annex building on the opposite side of the street, approx. 100 m from the main building and about 100 m from the beach (SSX). Also bookable for single use as double room for single occupancy (ESX).

Double room type A

The rooms are located in the main building and offer land view. They are approx. 22 m² in size and equipped with a comfortable double bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, tiled floor, balcony, air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, minibar (replenished upon arrival once with water and soft drinks), free safe, satellite TV as well as music streaming via TV channels. They are suitable for a maximum of three people (DA). Side sea view (DMA) or direct sea view (MDA) can be booked for an extra charge. Also available as double room for single occupancy (DEA/AME/MEA).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day. From midnight to 7 a.m. mini buffet in the Panorama Restaurant. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the hotel bar from 10 a.m. to midnight. At the beach bar, you can get various non-alcoholic drinks and beer from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory. The minibar is filled upon arrival with water and soft drinks.
